The official hang Bledsoe thread

I think he is just as disgusted as we are right now. Though the playcalls certainly didn't help us today, it was Bledsoe's play that KILLED us.

Now I like Bledsoe. I've always wanted to see him succeed. But enough is enough. His experience, sometimes awesome arm/accuracy, and leadership is NOT worth the negatives anymore. I mean hasn't that always been the question? Is he worth it? I don't think he is anymore. Sorry Drew.

I am officially a "Romosexual" (;) theogt).
Don't fight the love, man. Don't fight it!

Wow, I'm pretty surprised to see some of the reactions here.

Though if Brunell did some of those things, I'd have some of the same sentiments, probably.

Is there any reason why he didn't go to TO until the end of the 2nd half?

Your team has too many good weapons to be as bad as you were today. Bledsoe might not be what he once was, but he's got a good supporting cast. I'd think today was an aberration.

Bledsoe, if you're out there reading this, I got you're back brother. You had a rough day but showed alot of spirit.

It is possible that Romo is worse than Bledsoe. He looks better right now because you aren't seeing him. Bledsoe should be the future, lock him up for another 5 right now while his stock is low.

You would love that wouldn't you......you sneeky devil.

I told everyone that Bledsoe needed to sit after being hit on the head in the last Preseason game. He was hurt and not ready to come back. He did the same thing in Buffalo. He was concussed and down played it and now he played crappy because of it. End of story. He needs to sit and rest his head. You can't come back in a week from a concussion!

Yeah that last pick was 100 percent his fault, but you guys are not giving enough credit to the Jags.

He needs to rest his head all the way to retirement.

My goodness, the vultures that support other teams really come out of the closet after a Cowboy loss.

Way 'nuff said:

An 'aberration' that has a peculiar way or re-occurring.

I say we peg it somewhere between 'aberration and 'habit', and call it 'no play-offs'.

Bledsoe had spirit. Then, like everyone else, it got fed up with his pathetic play and had an affair with Byron Leftwich.

Honestly, without the influence of my Skins bias, I say you leave Bledsoe in next game, agaisnt us at home, and see how he does. Why put Romo in a tough position. Like someone else said earlier, Romo seems better because you all have not seen him in regular season play. I still think it is early in the season, no need to hang anyone yet.

Well Barb our worst nightmare is upon us...

We called "it", you & I. We knew what was coming and tried to warn people before hand.

But no, they were enraptured by the 40,000 passing yards and the TD's.

They didn't know (or wouldn't accept) that we have perhaps the most flawed "big name" QB ever to play the game.

And I hope we don't have to blow the entire season because of this guy.

You better include ole Zaxor in this "we" bit... though it pains me to have my Cowboys go through this

Hey. Look! Skins fans want us to keep Bledsoe in!

It's hard to give credit to the Jags. I mean all they had to do was breath on Bledsoe and he'd get spooked into completely missing open receivers and throwing picks with a receiver barely in sight.

As far as I am concerned, Bledsoe had 4 picks today.

Really, vultures, I haven't posted anything negative yet, so don't let anger out on me. Actually have been away from this site b/c of work and school, and now I am back because its football season, not bc i am a "vulture".

What about Flozell getting his butt handed to him today?
What about a receiver running a post when it should of been a seam for a easy 7?
What about a bogus offensive interference call(easy 7) when Henry was almost made into an ostrich a few minutes earlier?
Were the hell was Vanderjock for an easy 3? Mr. 3 million bucks.
You guys are weak. If 3 interceptions was all you have to complain about maybe soccer should be your game. Every person on the offensive side of the ball, from Bledsoe forward, stunk it up. Jason Witten couldn't of blocked me in a phone booth today.
I want to see Canty and Spears do something. I would also like to see Ware not try and get to the quarterback by ways of Oregon.I want some pressure so a very mediocre QB doesn't look like the next coming of Montana. I want a safety that knows what the hell he's doing.

It's the first game and you guys are ready to replace. Well, if you're gonna do something do it right.

Ok man, whatever leave him out. I am just saying this, I still don't get it, everytime I say something that is totally no-bias you guys just jump on it. Geez, relax.

I hope the Bledsoe bashers on this thread and others have the nuts to come back after week six when we are 4-2 or 5-1 with Bledsoe still QBing and admit you were writing him off after week 1.

4 completions in the second half alone were called backu because of penalties.
Crappy field position and unimaginative play calling (and an uninspired D) had a helluva a lot to do with it too.

I could care less if we are 5-1 or 4-2 after week 7. To impress me win the division. We've had good starts in the recent pass and failed miserably. Get us deep into the playoffs if not the SB. Now that will give me reason not to bash Drew.

I am sure you are having a great time at your keyboard right now trying to act impartial.

Please, the fact that we have Skins fans and Eagle fans telling us that Bledsoe should start just tells me what a royal piece of crap he has turned into as a player.
