So many people took JJ's "all in" comment the wrong way. Y'all thought he meant he was going to sign a bunch of high priced free agents and go for it. But that's not what he meant at all. When he said that, he was specifically talking about his super star upcoming free agents and how he's going to go all in on keeping them. That means Dak, Micah, Cee Dee and Diggs are all going to get new mega deals. He's going to draft his new top flight LT this year and he will then think that he has aces at all 5 of the top positions in football, QB, WR, LT, CB, DE locked in for the next several years.

What the FO is doing now is just making room to do all of this over the next 1-3 years. They will add a RB this year as well and then they will draft all the other needed fill ins that they lost or will yet lose over the next couple drafts.
He thinks this is what you need to win. I personally think he's wrong because he doesn't realize that regardless of the fab 5, they still need so much more help from very good players on the rest of the team and he won't have the $ to pay those guys to come and/or stay.

Time will tell who is right.
after 30 years they dont know how to run a franchise

It was a bad trade, but throwing away a 4th doesn’t compare to Jerry trading a 1st and 3rd for WR Roy Williams.

And even though Joey Galloway was far better, trading two 1st rounds picks for him was ludicrous. And for that we had him for 4 years, three of those years we went 5-11.

What’s hilarious is there are some who claim the man who made these trades was the mastermind of the Herschel Walker and the Charles Haley trades, and not Jimmy Johnson. lol
This is a strawman. There is absolutely no one that says Jerry masterminded the Herschel Walker trade. Even Jerry supporters.

Ive seen those posts. Now whether they actually believe is one thing, but I’ve seen it posted multiple times in the last 30 years.

JJ is going all in. Dak will get a contract. People will grumble. We need a run game and run stuffer and LB and O-Line coach that is a power run scheme. Quit making him throw the ball 40+ times in a big game.

Trading picks 1st and 3rd and taking on a contract is not a sound decision, unless it is the final piece.
