The Eagles still have to prove that they can sustain what they are doing in November and December. And also has to show that they won't let all of the praise they are receiving get to their heads, to the point where they believe all they need to do is show up to a game and win, just because some analysts or NFL media people are saying that they are favored in every game or has a easy schedule.

Lines for games two months from now is beyond the depths of stupid.

Yes, espcially when the NFL has teams every season which starts off hot, but falls off of the map in November and December. Or which starts off slow but finishes strong in November and December. And also had teams who may not have made the playoffs the season before, become playoff contenders by the end up the following season.

Thought it was Oct 16th vs Eagles? Must be moving up the timetable. Wonder why? Might be he's worried that if Rush beats the Commanders and Rams and goes 4-0 with 2 wins against both of last year's super bowl squads, he probably won't be playing the Eagles either.

I'm assuming he thinks he'll be fully ready to remove Rush from the picture and take back his starting spot, before it's too late. He likely knows Jerry well enough to think he's about ready to start seriously considering Rush as a starter, if he took on the Rams and won. Can't say as I blame him.

We better find a lot more offense against the Rams and Philly because the defense isn’t going to hold up all season. We will be destroyed until we figure out LVE needs to be removed and if not another Linebacker (i would look in free agency and practice squads) put in one of our safeties who will play the run better. Mark my words, we will be destroyed by the run by both teams and LVE will be the main reason.

And this is the Eagles offense which is on paper suppose to be so much more talented and better than the Cowboys offense is. So is this a case of defenses starting to figure out the Jalen Hurts and the Eagles offense, which is why we saw them shut out in the 2nd half in the last two weeks, even though they got off to a hot start against the Vikings and Commanders?
