Did Romo play when Dallas beat the last 7 teams?

Just sayin.......it seems it CAN be an excuse for all other teams 'cept Dallas.

Did we forget Dallas trots out a rookie?

Well, it was our excuse for last season.

He looked bad in that game...night and day vs how he played in Dallas game. My neighbor is a big Steelers fan. He comes over to watch them because we have the Sunday Ticket. Dallas and Pittsburgh played at the same time that day so we were watching on different TV's but I still saw some really poor throws from him when the Dallas game went to commercials. He said there were many more than what I saw.

It was probably the worst I've ever seen him. Definitely in recent years. Poor throws, way off the mark, dirt balls. Few series they just did theee ugly check downs in a row, legit looked like they were just conceding and not trying for first downs. Never quite saw anything like it before. Was clear he shouldn't be in there, and Tomlin confirmed after that he shouldn't have been and that they game planned around his obvious limitations.

Man, all just talked this talk about the number one defense and got me wondering who have they beaten so far.

Browns (2)
Jaguars
Steelers
Bills

Losses
Raiders
Skins
Giants
Jets

We should win this game.
It's not like I don't respect their defense, but if we soundly beat them, the everybody will be looking to bash them. I mean 2 of their wins were against Cleveland and they struggled in both of them. They lost to the Jets!

Anybody saying this is our biggest test yet really is not looking too closely.

By the way Isaih Crowell and Cleveland put up 133 yrds on them

I think people may be suggesting this is the biggest test for our offense (I might still say Philly, not sure I'm 100% sold on Baltimore, though I haven't really watched them much), but I don't think anyone is saying that overall as a team they are our biggest test. Actually, I don't think I've really seen anyone say they were a test, just pointed out they have a good D.

Flacco has 9 interceptions in 8 games and 3 fumbles lost.

He's having to force the ball downfield in the air because the Ravens have 1 of the worst rushing attacks in the NFL this year. Forcing throws has led him to have 3 multiple interception games this year so far.

I'm hoping Sunday is the 4th. :)

Wow, we need to learn some humility on this board. Ravens are a solid football team and are very well coached. Being confident is one thing, but man some of you guys are chalking this up as a win automatically. Be humble. Im super happy and excited about being 8-1 dont get me wrong, but im being humble about it because i dont want to be that guy getting ridiculed when we drop a game against inferior competition for running my mouth.

Dallas is a pretty big favorite by NFL standards.
So it's not like many out there are disagreeing with you.

Their defense is for real, but that offense is really struggling.

I just don't see a very good team in Baltimore. I have only two real concerns for this game.

1) Turnovers are always a great equalizer. Dak cant keep putting the football on the ground, and he may see a game plan from Baltimore similar to what Phillly did to him.

2) Baltimore has an offense that honestly is pretty bad, but they do have big play ability. Our secondary is a little beat up right now, and Steve Smith, Mike Wallace, & Perriman are more than capable of big plays down the field.

Don't lose the turnover battle, prevent the big chunk plays and this should be an easy win for the good guys.

A recipe for most games.

Flacco (or Fluco as Skippy calls him) is 27th at 52.6 in QBR. Guess who is 2nd at 82.6.

We're favored and should be, but they certainly have a puncher's chance. Every one of their games has been close except their blowout of Cleveland last week. The fact that they played the Steelers, Raiders, Commanders and Giants tight (we played nailbiters against three of those too) gives us an idea of how this one could go.

Yep. Dak is 2nd. Many people have no idea just how much a great effective rush attack helps the QB when it comes to throwing the ball. Play action passes are more effective. Your not facing that many 3rd and longs.

When the defense knows you can't run the ball, it puts WAY more pressure on the QB.

humble about what? we are not playing in the game. What we say here has no effect on the game.

I don't see Risen Star snapping the ball to Prescott or Reality covering steve smith sr in the secondary.

At the end of 56 minutes we were behind versus Philly
At the end of 59:20 we were behind Pittsburgh
At the end of 55 minutes we are behind versus Washington

Yet some here think that because we pulled out late wins we must be substantially better than these teams. There was nothing inevitable about those 3 wins, bros.

Consider the two comparative Skins games:
-Dallas scored at the end of the game for a comeback win
-Baltimore failed to score at the end of the game and lost

Baltimore did in fact score a winning TD in their Skin game with 30 seconds left, but the play was overturned.

I can see a scenario where we win handily...but this will likely be a game that will come down to who makes plays late.

There is a reason we are called a horrible fan base. We cant accept being good, because its been so long since we were.
