The Ravens beat who?

Ravens are going to do do what the Steelers did but better.they have better LBs and secondary.we got to keep Dak away from 3rd and longs.

The Steelers have a relatively potent offense though. I'd much rather face the Ravens than the Steelers any day of the week, this seasons.

Sunday will be no different.

Dak has thrown zero interceptions in 40 someodd pressures. Knock on wood.

And knocking on wood works, I've used it the last three games in the game day threads.

Being confident is one thing, but man some of you guys are chalking this up as a win automatically. Be humble. Im super happy and excited about being 8-1 dont get me wrong, but im being humble about it because i dont want to be that guy getting ridiculed when we drop a game against inferior competition for running my mouth.

I agree for the most part, just think the Ravens are overrated. They could beat us, they may beat us, and it wouldn't really change my opinion one way or another about either team.

At the end of 56 minutes we were behind versus Philly
At the end of 59:20 we were behind Pittsburgh
At the end of 55 minutes we are behind versus Washington

Yet some here think that because we pulled out late wins we must be substantially better than these teams. There was nothing inevitable about those 3 wins, bros.

Consider the two comparative Skins games:
-Dallas scored at the end of the game for a comeback win
-Baltimore failed to score at the end of the game and lost

Baltimore did in fact score a winning TD in their Skin game with 30 seconds left, but the play was overturned.

I can see a scenario where we win handily...but this will likely be a game that will come down to who makes plays late.

Skins game I'll give you, I think we were lucky to win that game. It was also daks 2nd start and zeke was finding his legs. Philly, we dominated those clowns all game but had some really boneheaded, uncharacteristic (this year) penalties that gifted them firsts, field position and scoring opportunities. Dallas is a clearly better team than philly and the specifics of the win are largely irrelevant (IMO). Pitt was just a super fun game that had to play out that way due to strengths and weaknesses.

Long winded way of saying the Ravens get smashed. Book it

Ironically it's the Ravens that come into this game overconfident, not the Cowboys.

And that, combined with the fact that we're a supremely more talented football team, is why we already won.

Flacco has 9 interceptions in 8 games and 3 fumbles lost.

He's having to force the ball downfield in the air because the Ravens have 1 of the worst rushing attacks in the NFL this year. Forcing throws has led him to have 3 multiple interception games this year so far.

I'm hoping Sunday is the 4th.

Agree. Their offense is so bad they make them an overall average team. They are one of the most BORING teams to watch on offense because, well......they basically have no offense.

I don't see Risen Star snapping the ball to Prescott or Reality covering steve smith sr in the secondary.

I just picture Daniel Day Lewis. If Risen changes his avatar, I will be lost.

Yes that offense is way unbalanced. Some teams halfway through the season have such a depleted RB corp they have essentially given up on the run already. Look at Eli throwing the ball 44 times on Monday night.

Teams with unbalanced offenses can win as long as their defenses can carry them, but eventually that catches up with you.
