The real PROBLEM w/ this team is JJ

i'm out of here for awhile. let the whiners run the show and call me when they shut up.
So I'm guessing the opposite of a "whiner" is a brainwashed brown-noser. ;)

All I have to say is that our thirteen year drought bothers you so much, then stop following the team. Nothing anyone writes on the topic has any bearing on the on-field results.

so what of the other teams that have not even gotten to the SB or it has been longer than us at winning a playoff game ? just a Q ?

The Cowboys are one of only three or four teams that have not won a playoff game in 12 years.

The Super Bowl wins were great and a monumental testament to the history of the Cowboys organization, but they don't absolve 12 years of pervasive mediocrity and what is most likely the darkest sustained period in Cowboys history.

If my postings bother you so much, why don't you find another forum? You wouldn't be missed.

I'm sorry, but this is all laughable to me that Reeves would've made a difference. Reeves was good at having those one man gang teams. For years Broncos fans were frustrated by the lack of help that Elway had on offense and Elway is probably the most talented QB I've ever seen. He then did JACK in NYG and then struggled in Atlanta except for one year when Jammal Anderson carried the Falcons.

I like Reeves, he's a nice guy and a former Cowboys, but living in Atlanta when he was coaching here his time was filled with total bafoonery and horrendous drafting.

You could argue with hiring Campo (and watching more of the game over, the CB's technique is horrendous), but Wade really didn't seem to put up a fuss over him being hired. I don't think JJ is the 'real issue', but he's in some ways a part of the problem because we need a coach that isn't afraid to bench Romo or at the very least light into him and I get the feeling that JJ probably doesn't want that to go on.

YAKUZA

According to Star Mag, Jerry wanted Reeves to work at least as many hours as Phillips and Garrett, but Reeves wasn't having it. I'll try to find the actual text.

Gosh another important thread where someone *****es about Jerry... How novel! How unique! Gosh we just can't get enough of these!

As long as the problem persists I'm sure folks will post about it.

when we fold again this season more people will start to realize that he is the biggest problem with this team.

Jerry?

Nah. These last 13 years have just been 13 individual flukes. Jerry's the bestest.

I could have told you that 2 years ago

I'm just hoping our talent will overcome it, and that our players will find it within themselves to play better, Jerry's only motivating tool is money, and it's not working

but again, I've been hoping that for a good 2 years now

You just found out 2 years ago? Interesting. I started realizing it after the '95 and '96 drafts and it was confirmed for me when he hired Campo as HC.
