Only LT's are drafted that high. That and elite guard prospects like Mike Iupati. No way you can say that a guy that is looked at as strictly a right tackle won't make it to the 2nd. He may not go in the 2nd, but no one can say with certainty he won't be there when we pick with our 2nd round pick.

I can say with certainty he'll go round 1.

I'd bet there are multiple teams who will think he can play LT.

No way he sniffs round 2. This draft isn't deep enough and a lot of teams put OL at a premium unlike us.

I was talking about JJ Watt. No, I think Carimi is definitely gone in the first half of the first round. I have a feeling he'll have a good enough combine and pro day to move up some. Then, add the fact that he's an OT, and is deemed to be as "pro-ready" as any of the other OL in the draft, he could definitely go early.

and jerry probably is one of them.....interesting, but i dont think jerry has it in him to pick a first round linemen. Jerry goes after stars like rb, wr, cb, safties, and OLB's in 3-4 defense. But the injury to romo might of changed jerry thinking. You have to protect your star QB or we will be playing our back up QB late into next season.(you wouldn't want to see that especially if we make the playoffs).

UW just couldn't handle TCU's speed for most of the game. Blitz pickup sucked too. DBs playing 10 yards off the LOS didn't help, either.

JJ could trade down pick up Carimi and grab Moffitt in the third and we would have our line problems solved.
