Suggs was a refined edge/De day 1..Williams isn't just yet. BUT if you look at the skillset they are very close. The build and body type is unreal. If he can be close to what Suggs was for the Ravens, then we hit paydirt. I think in 2 years time, a little more playing strength , then he will have his man body. WATCH OUT.

I guess technically Suggs was a OLB in a 3-4 scheme but really he was an edge guy. Williams has the ability 2 be an OLB as well. But I would never ask him 2 be that. I think we just need to send him after the QB.

They're built similar so they're the same player.

Be better, Rowdy. Sam Williams couldn't bend like DeMarcus Ware if his life depended on it.
Glad these posts will be here so we can go back and see just how wrong you are.

They're literally people on this message board the same height and weight as Ware lol
If only that was all i said.

I believe the gaggle of negative nelly's just love to fixate and take things out of context. Stop ruining another thread with intentional idiocy.

Lool, imagine if scouting/drafting was just as simple as matching height and weight measurements.
Imagine if i actually knew Dware height and weight before i just had to look it up and lo and behold.. ya they are the same build

Gee...why would my comp of him reminding me of him be validated by that???

I know we can't dare compare a player to a future HOFer... blasphemous!!!!

Suggs is a great comp as well. Just match him up with his build and ability. Its uncanny.
I'm not sure on the Suggs comparison.

Williams appears to be much more of an athlete than Suggs ever was.

It tough to figure any of this until we see him in games. Exactly a year ago I'd have never figured Parsons to be an elite rusher.

I do predict good things for Williams, and quickly....I think Quinn will scheme him into some advantageous spots.

Fixate on this instead of the "Williams is more of a power rusher". Literally no one who has watched Williams thinks that.

Typical. If you don't understand football and player comps, don't comment.
You said he has HOF capabilities without ever seeing him play a down in the NFL :lmao::lmao:

I guarantee you wouldn't say that if he was drafted by the Eagles, Giants, or Commanders.

Maybe you do understand football, but it's very clear that whatever understanding you have about it goes out the window when it comes to anybody with a star on their helmet.

lol

I haven't said anything of the sort about our 1st or 3rd round picks. Why? Bc i don't see it..

Evan Neal has HOF traits from what i have seen of him. I also said that the Giants got two of the best players in the draft

The skins overdrafted a tiny WR so I am not going to gush about their player.

The Eagles squandered a chance to take 3 studs at good cost with their draft. Came away with a rotational run stopper and a 100 mill wr....

I like his talent. I'm just tired of risking 2nd round picks on these types of players.

Well if he doesn't get arrested or his injury heals or he can stay out of Goodell's doghouse, etc.

I was hoping we'd wait until the 3rd round for this so obvious target.

My exact thoughts on their draft

This is comedy. Who here thinks DQ and Will were drooling all over this guy Nov through pre-draft process because they thought he was a power player? DQ said he first saw Williams in Nov in Williams’ office on tape.

I posted this in another thread. The evaluator just got around to watching Sam and thinks he can be a superstar and thought he was a top 15 player.

Needless to say, this eval is very much in line with mine. I just happen to think he was the best DE in the draft and he doesn't remind me of Khalil Mack like this guy says but of Demarcus Ware.

I hope you are right.
This would be a steal.

The Mod shift change probably overlooked tha this was a repeat of some post 2 weeks ago. Such a tear-jerker, that choir boy Sam/De.

But ... how convenient to portray the alleged victim as an anonymous, soulless person who we morphed into the collective noun an arrest for felony sexual battery. The story treats the alleged victim as a nonperson!
When it comes to celebrity/money vs. justice for the uncelebrated, the former always wins. So, mates, how is tha?

Yeah, the DA and federal judge just love dropping such a case because Ole Miss' stud DE is more important than an alleged victim?

Dumb.

While I'm not excusing any act it could have been, if it did happen, the term can be applied to simply touching of a sexual part without consent.

As for "celebrity/money", I don't think he had enough of either of those things to think the alleged victim was paid off. I could be mistaken however.
