The good news is, we should have more consistent WR play with Cooper gone. Let's face it, he had a tendency to become Casper on some road games every season. I think Tolbert will be good. Also, I like what we have with Williams and Ridgeway. That should be a nice upgrade. Especially since we should get a rotation of Bohanna, Watkins, and Ridgeway. Also, we got a steal with Markqueze Bell. I was talking to a friend of mine who's a Bucs fan who said that, if we didn't get him, the Bucs would. He said that we got an absolute steal. In his mind, there's a slim chance that we can stash him on the PS Squad. I'm excited to see him play. If he's what my friend thinks of him, especially if our Dline improves on last season, we should be in for a real treat.

I think it matters what part of the year a game is played and where? I have the Cowboys going 11-6. It's not as good as last year but I think it's a harder schedule. I think we win the division and win a playoff wildcard game. We could go further but I'm not willing to make that prediction this early.

If my friend is correct, I would say no. I would say we will probably need to have him on the day 1 roster unless he turns out to not be what he's expected to be. But it sounds like we will need to keep him.

If they had, in that scenario, early-season fan voting for the Pro Bowl (like 2007) Dallas would have 15 Pro Bowlers.

Not that im confident in those 2 games (would be pretty shocked if we won both) , Everyone Thinking Cincy is an auto good season should tap the brakes a bit and see how they followup a lost SB...its not far fetched to say some teams have down years after losing those. Burrows certainly looks good but they had alot of players who had their best season last year and played well over their heads in the playoffs (again could be the norm now) but its far from a given they are the team that made it to the SB on the norm.

I’ve gone through this schedule 10 times since this thread went up and everytime, even debating with myself different scenarios 9-10 wind keeps popping up. I think we may win one of the first ones and lose a Philly one.

I tend to agree. if waffled between beating Minn or Win the second philly game. I think Philly over takes us this year. we have taken a step back offensively. Philly has improved a lot more than us. but Minn. has a new head coach, lost a few players. I don't think cowboys are a walkover team, they are on the edge and usually play well against Minn. that was my logic behind that

Philly did a lot in the off season, but I think Hurts at QB keeps them from passing us.

A lot of "IF"s for us right now, so I'll naturally take the optimistic view. We weren't terrible until the 2nd half of the season.

10-7, and it feels like I'm being optimistic. Had 9-8 then decided Wentz is probably not playing by week 18 so Dallas beats the back up.

Probably enough to make the playoffs, have Jerry say something stupid again, and lose in the WC round again - best case scenario.

That 2-4 start would have this place going crazy by Halloween (FIRE EVERYBODY!), but 2 wins going into the bye will calm things.
