The Sean Lee question

LVE was given opportunity and stepped up...greats do that. As to Lee, it really isn't an either/or deal. A lot of things, including contract, can change...

With Smith getting better, and LVE likely to never ride the pine again, Lee I expendable after this year...I hope Lee retires a Cowboy and become an LB coach with them. Lee would be a better QB coach than the one we have.

That's an alternative...not this fan's preference. I wouldn't mind him becoming a coach, but I doubt that he is ready to set his cleats aside, yet.

I would first see if he's willing to take a paycut.

Dez, when healthy, didn't really click with Dak. Dez wasn't liked by Stephen(IMO) and it was obvious to me that since they never restructured his deal they were looking for an early out if his play didn't pick back up.

Lee, when healthy, is one of the better LBs in the league.

Depth at LB will take a hit when Wilson probably leaves as an UFA.
Still have Thomas locked up through next year but depth is key at LB.
