It will be a close battle and will go into the last minutes of the fourth quarter. Brunell will mount a 80 yard TD drive to come back from behind and win 27-24.
Yeah, because the Skins have scored at SUCH an impressive rate this season... they've had all of TWO games where they scored as many as 27 points, and one of those was against the Niners, who are last in the league in total defense, the only team giving up an average of over 400 yards a game...
You guys average 19.8 points per game, and are playing one of the better defenses you've faced this year, a team allowing an average of 17.9 per game... the Skins have averaged under 18 points per game in their last 4 games... knowing that, I'd be FASCINATED to hear your "logic" regarding how you figure the Skins will put up 27 on the Boys...
Anouther heartbreaking loss for the cowboys and the end of their playoff dreams.
Even if they should lose to the Skins, the Cowboys would still be in the playoff hunt... wins in their last 2 games would leave them 10-6, and that will most assuredly put them in the playoffs... now, if the SKINS lose the game, they will almost certainly miss the playoffs, as their best possible record would be 9-7, with a game against the division-leading Giants up the next weekend...
Nope, the Skins can't end the Cowboys' season, but the Cowboys can end the Skins'...
