This is not about preseason predictions in July, this is about winning games in December against teams that are above .500.
You do realize that out of our 8 wins, only 1 is against a team that is currently above .500.
I dont know about you, but that does not fill me with confidence considering that 3 of our last 4 games are against teams above .500.
There are points during the season when the Giants have been considered better teams than either. To say nothing about how the teams actually matchup.
That said, if we played NYFG 10 times they way we did on Sunday, we win 7 of those games. It's not like we laid an egg or weren't fully capable of winning that game. It's just that our fans, as usual, have high expectations (a very good thing) and then act like babies when their expectations aren't met (a very bad thing).
