The stadium didn't look full

If this is the case, I hope it’s empty the rest of the season.

Problem is, there will be a lot of opposing fans buying tickets. Jerry is fine with that. And how can we tell opposing fans like the Texans, Eagles, and Saints not to buy tickets? They hate us. They'll happily line Jerry's pockets to keep us down, and they get to watch their teams pound us. Win win for them, lose lose for us.

They can line JJ’s pocket. If you must go to a game, put a bag over your head.

Yeah, and if this continues and more decide not to show up, maybe it sends Jerry a message?
It will send him a message, but as long as he keeps, making money and the team continues to be the most valuable franchise it may not change his approach. However, low attendance has to get his attention some. It’s not a good look to see empty seats in the stadium.

And that's probably the first step. But then his heel Stephen A Smith will continue to drum up hate for our haters to still line Jerry's pockets to where it won't matter. We're just pawns in his long term game of making money. He doesn't actually need us fans.

I unfortunately went to the game. My son in law is a Saints fan. Looking around the first quarter, I am estimating it was about 75-80 percent full. There were a ton of Saints fans. It was embarrassing to watch. On a positive note, had a great time with my son in law and my nephews, who live in Dallas.

Glad that it was a good time. That still means there were about 20-25% empty seats. For a home opener, that's quite embarrassing for Jerry. He won't care about the Saints fans there. That's just more for him anyway. But I wonder how many empty seats there will be for the Ravens game.

Yeah, but if they're lining his pockets, nothing will change. He will just see it as more money.
What enjoyment is it knowing you’ve got a better chance at winning the lottery than the Boys winning a SB. This is why I hope we have many more games just like today this season. Pulling for them to get blown out every game is the only enjoyment I get out of watching this team now.

All the more reason I'm wondering why I still support this team tbh. I know it's only week 2, but I've never seen success. I try so hard to be loyal. I'm not one to bail, but I have nothing to defend this team with. I don't know if they even care.

Listening to the crowd noise on TV, it sounded amazingly like a road game for the Cowboys. When the cameras panned the crowd, it was amazing how many saints fans were there.

One of the reasons I don’t like the way AT&T was built is the capacity. Having 100k seats to sell means you automatically will have more than a few fans from your opponents in attendance, Texas Stadium was built for 65k. and rarely were there many opposing fans.

Of the 30 NFL stadiums in use, only 5 have more than 80k. Most have between 60-70k capacity. I could be wrong but the Cowboys usually seat between 80 and 90k for their games even though the stadium can accommodate up to 100k with some additional configuring.

Greed built AT&T. And it’s what allows way too many opponents fans having access to a Cowboys home game. Along with disgruntled Cowboys season ticket holders who are just fed up and are selling their tix.

Not to mention the empty seats I saw. I'd imagine that Texas Stadium would be mostly opposing fans anymore anyway with how pathetic Jerry's been. Its becoming more of a chore to still back this team than a fun thing. I'll continue to do it for the foreseeable future, but I have never seen success. For those that will come at me for saying it, at least you've seen this team in a championship game. You've seen this team win a SB. I never have and probably never will. It's painful being a 31 yo fan. It hurts knowing you'll get attacked for daring to choose this team as your favourite. And for what? Just to get made to be an "annoying reprehensible" individual as some opposition fans like to say about us? Why should I get hated on anymore for pulling for a team that won't win anymore? Where's the fun?

I’m 66 so I’ve seen much success. Started following the boys at 6-7 years old. Jerry has destroying a once proud franchise. I stopped supporting this team financially (merchandise and going to games) several years ago. The Dak contact pushed me over the edge as to why I feel like I do now.

Rusty I understand how you feel. I’m only a remaining fan because of the past and my hope for the future. I completely understand the fans who have had it.

Sadly, the Cowboys are run by a very rich, greedy, insecure and arrogant man who cares more about his personal ego than his team’s on field success. If Jerry truly loved this team and wanted them to win he would have stepped aside. It is truly that simple. Three decades of evidence is overwhelming
