This entire preseason is about 3-4 roster spots.

Keep that in mind.

Anything more will be solely because of injuries.

The preseason is mostly about owners making money. With a 16 game season, the players could do without preseason.

This is just one big tease and one reason why I hate preseason. It's like walking around town with the wife and you smell some great steak and walk by the window and see some guy eating a big ole steak and find out your having grilled cheese tomato soap.

I'm really not. If Romo, Dez and even Randle aren't playing, my interest in a meaningless pre-season game wanes heavily. I'll check out probably the first quarter or so, but that's likely it.

It's just a different watch.

Do this. Put electrical tape on the score part of your screen; it doesn't matter. Pick out a guy and just watch him, preferably the rookies and hopefuls. Focus on that.

It's just a really cool blue-white scrimmage with real tackling. Nothing more.
