one saying the SD would have to be torn down. He referenced the roof "peeling off" and the fact that it "was still under water". (I did not realize that the SD had water in it except for leaks in the roof.) He also said a new tructure should be built to withstand a Category 5 Hurricane. I would think a new roof and inside renovation would be a lot cheaper than tearing down the existing one and
