Being uptight is not the issue. I think it's more of, low confidence, and being to accepting of what is going on.

To many times during a game when we are down, about to lose. You see majority of guys not named Dez or Murray. With the Ware/Witten syndrome

Blank Stares, Nonchalant looks...the "Oh well, what else is new" attitude.

That crap is disgusting. I rather see a bunch of guys who care, even if that means hanging your head down, looking upset, irate, or yelling whether it's **** talking or trying to light a spark.

They are not uptight, that is showing to much emotion.

mediocrity is no reason to be celebrating. if you can celebrate that, dont bother striving to be better.

Players have looked loose and having fun on the sidelines plenty of times, but you complain about that as well.

Ummmm, not the place to be goofin off unless celebrating a recent TD/TO, etc.?

It's not like our coaches will figure this thing out either (same game plan reinvented every week is somehow JG getting his team prepared)....why the hell should we care?

One thing that always kinda bothered me, and I'm not sure if this is actually true or not, but it looks like 2006-2007 Romo had a lot more fun than 2011-2013 Romo. I think that the fans and media have killed him over stupid things like Cabo and backwards cap to the point that the guy has to be completely reserved around the media/fans. I'm hoping (and it's probably true) that he's more like the early Romo behind closed doors. Otherwise that's just sad.

It is a very high pressure job (QB of Dallas).

He took the money. And no unaccomplished qb is on vacation during bye weld dating starlets.

I hated that Witten and Romo did that. Established the complacent leadership for the next several years. Love Romo's talent on the field when healthy. Who couldn't doubt a "circle" being established when two of your leaders go off to Cabo together...just when it seemed the team was "getting it"? A bye week before a playoff game is NOT the same as a bye week during the middle of the season. That was whitewashed (forgot all about it tbh) and disturbing definitely.

Wouldn't have happened with parcells. Thanks Jerry

winning is fun.

blowing leads and watching playoff games from your couch is not.

cmon don't give me the generic answer. the first link i posted is after a victory.

i agree with what you are saying BUT i do not think this team enjoys itself enough when things are going good too. we have to have one of the stalest locker rooms in the league. did you see garrett in that locker room speech? are they at church?

He prides himself on being (composed). He's an actor. In the moment on the sidelines is when he should be composed and he acts like a 12 year old girl.

Compare this...
http://www.dallascowboys.com/multim...adelphia/99938323-4854-4cf0-b0a8-fa62d8cd149b

To the videos below...the team needs to loosen up. Wether it be on the field, after touchdowns, in the locker room....we always look uptight. Will Allen had a point with his comments about the atmosphere in the locker room.

Hard to have fun when you suck every year......................4 years without even qualifying for the playoffs.......................yea, lets celebrate.

Fun comes with winning. If this team starts having fun while having yet another 8 - 8(or worse) season while missing the playoffs, I would be a little ticked.

Don't forget the starlets dad was there as a chaperone! Lmao!

Edit: I saw the starlet on a Nutisystem commercial last week and nearly broke my TV.

Its like Garrett smiling and laughing after the team just lost..........................is it too much to at least act like you care if the team wins or not...............I guess that part of his training has not happened yet.
