Don't forget the starlets dad was there as a chaperone! Lmao!

Edit: I saw the starlet on a Nutisystem commercial last week and nearly broke my TV.

Miles followed right in his leaders footsteps when he (made it) and got Kim kardashian. We have some clowns on this team. Dez needs to hurry up and become a leader with Tyron. On defense? Who knows. Can't lead if you're injury prone

winning is fun.

blowing leads and watching playoff games from your couch is not.

Good to see TD on your avatar. Watching playoff games? not me. yet. Nowadays this time of year is pretty exciting. Young group of players in Dallas now with room for 2 defensive vets to bring in probably on the dline and another bountiful draft we hope. Goodbye to DeMarcus and Miles, hello rookie safety guard and DT. You three will have an opportunity to start day 1.

The players know that playing for Jones is a joke. They're smart enough to know that his sticking up for them is just pandering. And they're taking it to the bank with no repercussions.

Its like Garrett smiling and laughing after the team just lost..........................is it too much to at least act like you care if the team wins or not...............I guess that part of his training has not happened yet.

LOL- New Geico commercial idea!!

How happy are people after switching to Geico???? About as happy as Jason Garrett after a Cowboys loss!!!

Ummmm, not the place to be goofin off unless celebrating a recent TD/TO, etc.?

So then what are we supposed to go off of? 10 seconds of cameras in a locker room? That must be where Zordon is getting all of his evidence I guess.

I know your dancing around the topic, all he said was that the team has many drab, emotionless (joking on the sideline during the sideline is not emotion), attributes that result from a passionless team. This is especially evident when the team is losing or face a couple of bad breaks. And these are in "important" make or break games mind you (GB), not in complete blowouts. He's simply pointing that the team lacks that emotion displayed on countless NFL sidelines. Especially teams that are generally right in the thick of a competitive game (score wise). Maybe the expectations or atmosphere isn't conducive to players being able to enjoy the natural perks of camaraderie , etc.

Our fans need to have fun again! We all get too stressed and I think it creates a difficult fan base which does affect the team.

Is it us or the JJ/coaching regimes? We always give players grief "if they can't rise about blank, they don't deserve to be in the NFL, etc." I wonder if it actually seeps to them in any manner though tbh? JJ makes the predictions, not us fans.

But they do show emotion, except you said the sidelines are not the place to do so (unless it's a touchdown or big play). So which is it? The Cowboys show as much emotion as any other team does. They have guys roaming up and down the field getting their teammates fired up. Any emotion or lack thereof is the same across EVERY NFL sideline.

If you want evidence, I can post some 10 second clips and compare them with cherry picked clips from other teams.

Fun... Pfftttt.. Damn team needs to start playing angry and Winning again on a consistence basis.. I don't care about fun. They need to play with a chip on their shoulder. The chip that has been missing since #31 Roy Williams had left.. This team has no back bone, No nasty. No swag. No anger...

Fun is moral crap..

You're totally correct most likely in that we show just as much emotion as any team in the league when things are going well. It is when things turn (momentum/or game becoming an uphill battle) is more of what I meant to write and apologize for the vagueness. I guess this is why I stick up for Dez so much even though he looks like he is cussing out a cop who just gave him a BS ticket...just wish others would reciprocate to "rally" with that same determined, "can't wait to get out there to answer/correct the problems we've encountered, etc." passion. I know these are grown men as well and some look at Dez like, "whatever you need to get going" while not needing the same theatrics. It is just a problem when the whole team has that complacent attitude when wins aren't coming and that confidence portrays arrogance in "that they already have it figured out" and have tuned out (even mock; Miles) those who displays this extreme competitiveness.

The whole offensive staff and country club members on the O have an unwarranted sense of arrogance towards their "gameplans" that don't center around our one freak talent on the team. I remember the DET game where Dez kept his cool the first half while TW had 10 targets, he walked over to Romo and offensive coach who disregarded his presence and simply said, "see that Safety" like that justified their terrible ability to adapt in getting him the ball when CJ tore us apart. Yeah, guess that motion and drag route would never take care of that Safety. They are not some golden coaches that shouldn't be questioned by any means. Hahahaha, get your resume ready....blah blah blah

I think you might have hit on something..................why is the fan base more stressed out and more upset about constant 8-8 seasons than the actual team?

We have too many players and coaches that are used to losing and it really doesnt bother them anymore...............sad state of affairs when the fan base cares more about winning than the players and coaches do.

One thing that always kinda bothered me, and I'm not sure if this is actually true or not, but it looks like 2006-2007 Romo had a lot more fun than 2011-2013 Romo. I think that the fans and media have killed him over stupid things like Cabo and backwards cap to the point that the guy has to be completely reserved around the media/fans. I'm hoping (and it's probably true) that he's more like the early Romo behind closed doors. Otherwise that's just sad.

I completely agree. It's hard to remember a time before the "choker" label, but during his first couple years as a starter, Romo's reputation was as a fun-loving gunslinger who loved the game. Back before commentators were rambling on about his December record and late-season picks, they were gushing over his smile and his personality.

I think he still shows it with his teammates and once in a while on the field, but he's much less goofy than he used to be.

Sea botched FG got him BUTCHERED by the media, and it was his first year starting. Really unfortunate for someone who worked so hard to get there only to get pounded by the media ALL OFFSEASON, totally disregarding the amazing numbers he put up to get us there in the first place. It eerily seems similar to the Tebow situation in a totally different situation. Media loved him, OVER EXHAUSTED his story, and then totally threw him to the wolves for a complete off season. Would've changed anyone's perspective in life. He understood that no one cares about him as a person, only for what they can give them (REALLY) so probably considers his loved ones those important to his psyche (as it should be anyway) the only important critics or people's opinions he considers important.

Yeah, but then he followed it up with a stud year and people were still pretty high on him. I think it was more like his 3rd or 4th year when people really started to question his ability to win the big game.

High on him while also mentioning the botch any chance that they could adding to the notoriety and "what will happen this year...everyone remember the boys last year que the botched fg video clip." Praised with that constant dig usually to conclude any said segment, at least in the major news outlets, not DFW media yet. I can never remember Romo EVER being a national media darling (well Jessica Simpson/Underwood shouldn't count :) despite his numbers. Every positive is generally concluded with his negatives; however petty or unrelated to the topic @ hand.
