I have long said I am somewhere in the middle on Romo. I do not consider the botched snap on the FGA against Seattle any kind of a 'choke job' by our QB. If someone wants to bust on him for some late game INTs, fine. But not handling that snap has nothing to do with his QBing or his ability to lead the team.

Saying he isnt a clutch QB because of mishandling that snap, to me, is like saying that a very good catcher in baseball can't be considered that good because when he filled in at first base he made a critical error.
One doesnt have anything to do with the other. And I am not a regular defender of Romo.

cmon don't give me the generic answer. the first link i posted is after a victory.

i agree with what you are saying BUT i do not think this team enjoys itself enough when things are going good too. we have to have one of the stalest locker rooms in the league. did you see garrett in that locker room speech? are they at church?

Yeah I agree, That's part of "Hey, I just want to go home, who cares" attitude. Some guys on this team don't really enjoy football. It's just a job to them.

Panthers swag is off the charts right now.

2 claps and a nature boy is glorious.

I've been replaying that video at work all morning. Especially 1:25 with Barner strutting down the locker room with one hand in the air, these guys are comedy. Im rooting for them in the playoffs

I think this goes along with what Zordon is saying... But I wouldn't say fun so much as I would say confidence. Like he said, swagger. That's a big thing I think Garrett lacks, that ability to give the team the confidence they're going to win. For years on this board it's seemed like most people see "coaching" as military-type discipline -- if a team doesn't win, it's because the coach was too lax. Well, the other side of that coin is that the team can't just be a bunch of paint-by-number tin soldiers. You have to truly believe you're going to win, and the best coaches have that ability to make you believe in yourself. That's why the always-bashed "players coaches" can be successful -- because what they may lack in so-called discipline, they make up for in making their players believe they are or can be the best.
