Why would anyone want to re-sign here. Minus the money of course?

This front office has now shown the locker room that they do not care about winning. They have lost too many starters to replace, and have done nothing in free agency to make this team better.

What kind of message does that send?

Well it sends a couple.

The first and probably most detrimental. We dont believe this roster is capable of winning big games. Which is a direct indictment of the current core.
The second. We arent trying to make this team better and we are blaming certain players for that.

This front office has now not only alienated their fan base for the umpteenth time. They have now also alienated their core group of players.

Guys like Lamb, and Parsons are probably thinking. "Wow. They really dont care about winning here do they?" or "They dont believe in us enough to improve this roster to get us over the hump."

Either way. This team is fixing for a very bad season coming.
Players don’t sit around hitting refresh on the Zone all day long. It’s their job, not their hobby.

Tony Pollard didn't even know Quinn was gone lol. I do think some guys pat attention though, like Parsons.

Ownership doesn’t care about the players here. Jerry and Stephen care about no one but themselves. They’ll just continue wasting careers for the sake of pretending they know what they’re doing. Holding positions they have no business holding.

Yes let’s get better by not using free agency and hoping that the guys we do let go can be replaced by unproven players on the roster or rookies. That’ll get us to close the gap.
Fans wanted change they are getting change.
Long way to go, but yet they still complain. As usual.

There’s a huge difference between change, like a new d tackle, a new coordinator, or new line backers and wholesale changes like letting players go and replacing them with complete unknowns and hoping it works.

the change most wanted was a change in philosophy this offseason….they didn’t in regards to free agency or aggressiveness. So yes, fans have every right to complain

Those players don't care about winning either, they wanna "secure the bag"

You prefer to put the same team out there and run it back?
Not what I said.

All I saying is you’re getting all excited about blowing it up not realizing that tweedle Dee and tweedle dum are still the ones who are going to be replacing all of these players you’re so happy to jettison.

The year they drafted Dak. They tried to trade up for Paxton Lynch.

I think Lynch would’ve done just fine handing it off to Zeke like Dak.

Whats really diff from any other year!?. Yet players keep resigning, FA still want to come here, EK just signed and this group of guys will still manage to win 11 or 12 games.

Most other professions don't have a firm salary cap where all employees have to fall under.

If say employee truly cared about winning, then would take less (while still making a very rewarding salary) so better talent could fit around the team.

I understand what your trying to say, but let's not act like the salaries of the top players at their position isn't extremely high.
You're right.......but Teams have Capologists, and the Board has its Capologists on here.......these situations about impending salaries didn't happen overnight. No sympathy from me regarding the Franchise's mishandling or failing to rob "Peter" to pay "Paul" situations.

So, when does Employer care about winning? Do we trust the Draft Room (Mazi Smith?) or Free Agency (1 LB and a long-snapper), now?

Nearly half the starters on the roster have left and Jerry and Stephen have done nothing about it other than sitting around with their thumb up their butt. What makes you feel Jerry and Stephen want to get better? I don't see it at all. Are those blinders wrapped too tight on your head or something?
There is more money to be made by doing the bare minimum to keep the team competitive enough to have a winning season and then sell out Jonesworld for UFC fights, concerts and other events.

This front office seems in specialize in creating toxic cultures that hamper any possibility of post season success.

Players want 1) money and 2) exposure for their brand (themselves).

Several teams provide #1, but only 2-3 teams every year provide #2 without actually winning a Super Bowl.

In other words, the Cowboys are the safe bet because even if the Cowboys fail to go deep in the playoffs, they will be talked about in great detail all season by the media.

That said, the only reason the Cowboys brand has remained popular despite 28+ years of failures is because the previous Super Bowl generations of fans are still alive and supporting the team.

As that generation atrophies in the coming years, the Cowboys brand will fade without Super Bowl successes.
100%. Every word.

You just dont get it eh?

I am showing you this FO cant be trusted to draft a QB.

You are so dead set on Dak and blowing up the team you are missing the forest for the trees.

Why can’t they?

They’ve drafted all pro linemen, RBs, WRs, TEs, LBs, and CBs.

Why couldn’t they draft a great QB? What proof do you have to back this up? Because they’re not active in free agency?
