The Thank you Roy Williams thread

I seriously think the guy juiced up at Oklahoma and eventually the roids wore off.

You know that statement might have some validity. You do know that Roy had a doctor by the name of Arthur Ting? There was a commerical out here in the Bay Area where Roy is promoting his work. In an interview he gave a shout out to his old high school (James Logan) and the Ting Brothers who are also James Logan alum. Arthur Tings son Brandon tested positive for roids while playing football for USC. Funny that James Logan also put out track star Kelli White who was linked to BALCO.
In May, 2004, he had his license to practice medicine revoked, then stayed with five years probation.

One of the dumbest things I've read from you.

The dude did a measley 13 reps at the combine (225 lbs). If he were juicing, he was doing it wrong.

For years was my favorite player on the team and in the whole league, probably because we were so bad when we was "great". Thanks for the memories of the good Roy Williams, that's what I'll try and remember him by.

That's how you throw them off your scent.

Roy, you were one of the all time best players the Cowboys ever had. As far as toughness and talent goes, you were the heir to Bob Lilly and Randy White in my book.

Even in a tough loss, a good Roy Williams hit would put a smile on my face. You are truly an original.

I'll wish you the best wherever you go!

Wow, even after he leaves he gets bashed. I love the quality of our fans.

thank you for intercepting mcnabb at the link and giving us one of the best regular season Cowboys wins that I can remember.

and thank you for breaking T.O.'s leg.

The Irony of those picks, now they're both walking...

Thanks Roy. Too bad you cant' drag a few other fraudulent chumps with you.

It never ends with Roy. Comparing him to all-time Cowboys and hall of famers is an insult to the those true Cowboys greats.

Never in the history of the Cowboys has a player been more overrated.

That said, in the spirit of the thread I'd like to say thank you to Roy for one fantastic rookie year.

Roy going is truly showing my age and making the team more about bodies then players I support. He was one of my favourite players and I bet he does well on his new team, people around here will always run him down, but that's more a product of the Cowboys paying him money he didn't deserve, then him being a bad player. At least the haters can **** now, you made me embarrassed to be a Cowboy fan.

he should and make some noise in the new stadium since the crowd at Texas stadium was the lamest crowd I've ever heard.

Quit being a jerk.

Sorry, I am not going to be made to feel like an unworthy fan just because I won't treat Roy Williams like he was Michael Irvin or Emmitt Smith.

Is everything in your world either black or white?

You can show some class (or respect) w/o treating him like a cowboys legend.
