In other words I say he is small and so therefore he is
IN other words I say he will get injured and therefore it will happen
Looked pretty good on Sunday to me
He looked great on Sunday as did their whole team. In another game where his line kept him largely unbothered and his receivers were free to roam about in the secondary. All of which changes nothing. He will be tested at some point. At some point teams will figure out how to force him into making throws into tight windows with people in his face and bodies hanging off of him. The point stands that the only way to knock a QB who is in a groove off kilter is to knock him around and lay hands on his receivers. The Cowboys did neither yesterday and the results were pretty much what you would expect. If and when the Cowboys play the 49ers again the recipe will remain unchanged. Stop the run, play up on the receivers, disrupt their routes and get to Purdy. If they can't do those three things they will lose yet again. It aint rocket rurgery.

So glad church of Dak founding member, RonnieT is getting to witness the end of Dak. It's taken years for everyone to finally come around. I feel vindicated, love it.

Yeah, Purdy is so small. Caused him to have a tough game last night.

You realize he is undefeated? Despite multiple great seasons, Dak can never string together they many wins in a row without having a boneheaded game.

You're right in that Purdy doesn't possess a big power arm, ..but even former Niners QB Jeff Garcia did not have a big arm but he was very productive and made a few pro bowls - they played to his strengths and minimized his limits.
I always wanted to see Romo in a west coast scheme dissecting and making quick read and throws. Purdy reminds me even of that first Carolina game Romo played in - point guard qb

I know they list him as 6'1" 220 but I aint buyin that weight. Even at that he's still below average size by modern NFL QB standards. Our pass rush can get to him .. They got to him in the playoff game and the Eagles got to him and knocked him out of the game the following week. The main reason his numbers are as good as they are is his guys catch the ball. The 49ers have a drop rate of 3.7% to 6.1% for the Cowboys. Purdy's off target throw percentage is 13.1% while Dak's is 8.3%. We all have seen for ourselves that our tight ends have to be leading the league in dropped passes as a position group. That absolutely HAS to be better .. this week would be a good time to start!! But back to Purdy.. I wanna see us get in his face and make him make some throws under duress. That's when we'll really get to see what he's made of. Oh and let's hope the refs don't let Trent Williams start backing up two seconds before the snap all game long this time around.
Yep, the Cowboys came to the show...watched the Brock Purdy show and then got embarrassed by Mr. Irrelevant. That 7th round pick showed the Cowboys how its done.....Its over....homerville has left the building.
