Very sad that we're screaming for a backup type RB to be the starter, a veritable JAG.

Looks like Jerry came on this site and only read the posts who were screaming that Polly was a quality starter. Jerry, pick different posters to read and believe.

I agree. Pollard was not and is not best suited as the featured back, especially after the injury. Would’ve made way more sense to draft a future featured back and ease the transition from Elliott to him. The problems were that I don’t think Elliot was ready to accept a contract on the order of what he got from NE & the Cowboys would struggle to actually decrease his role in favor of a drafted back. This FO loves familiarity. It’s why Moore was retained when McCarthy was brought in.

That and Jerry's ego striving to find a coach who is HIS find.
