We haven’t even seen how Lance plays on this team. I think niners were happy to let him go for some reason..

Season was over when Romo went down. Then Dak goes in and we go 13 and 3.
Yes because we really sucked and DAK SAVED USSSSSS!!!!!!

That's the same thing "everyone" said when Dak went down. "TANK NOW! " they said. (probably you!).

Coop wins games and we're back in it.

Only to suffer the very same fate as 2016. And 2023, and 20xx

You can champion regular season wins...and that's fine.

Broke his throwing hand and then his leg.

He was named the starter in 2022 during camp.

Took over for JimmyG.

Then broke his leg in game 2.

He did not beat out Jimmy G. Just stop it already.

He was given the position based off his draft status and they wanted him to learn on the job.

They were trying to trade Jimmy G and did not want to risk him getting injured.

If he beat our Jimmy G, he would have been traded for more than a 4th round pick.

If he beat our Jimmy G, he would still be there.

If he beat out Jimmy G, he would be competing with Dak for QB1.

Stop the fantasy.

They don't want to trade him.
They don’t want to trade him. They don’t want to play him. They are going to pay him $4.5 million five days after camp opens in July. Every other team in the NFL is signing QB2s with significant playing experience, in case their QB1 gets injured, but the Dallas Cowboys, in their infinite wisdom, know it’s actually best to have the least experienced QB2 in the NFL. They can’t trade him. No one would give up a 2023 media guide for him. Sending a 4th to SF for Trey Lance was a colossal mistake. SF trading up to get him was an even bigger mistake.

You haven't even seen him take a snap. They are high on him. That's why they traded for him and got to work with for a year. I'm looking forward to watching what you call a colossal mistake. I'm confident in Will McClay and Mike McCarthy. We will see what happens.

Because there just might be QB prospects available in the fourth round in this year's draft that have a better upside than Lance with his trials and travails since entered the league three seasons ago.
Doubtful.

He was named the 3rd string scrub QB in 2023.
Took over for Will Greer

It’s ok man.

SF has Purdy.

We got Lance. LA got JimmyG.

Be glad. Soon we will be rid of Dak.

No on has since 09/18/2022. As long as Dak Prescott is on the team and at least a little healthy Lance is a spectator. Lance should call Tonya Harding and see if her boys are up for another job.

Work with him for a year? GM Jethro, basically made it clear that we have no idea what he can do on the field.

I'm hoping those who weren't willing to give Lance the benefit of the doubt get their comeuppance!
I may be right, but they may be right, I guess. Anyway, he'll get his chances. Let's be patient. :flagwave:

Whats odd...is the dak defenders ridicule dak critics as not Cowboys fans, while the rip trey to shreds.

DDS is a terrible thing.
