Band wagon could not even pull out of the barn till January at the earliest. Even then I expect low ridership.

Not yet. Given his past success (or lack thereof) he will have to prove that he can do a good job in the postseason.

I do think he looks better this year. He has a more hands-on approach which is helping the defense tremendously IMO. I also think the offseason moves to get rid of the locker room problems has benefitted him. With his coaching style you need players to hold themselves accountible and other players accountible. Thank goodness we have players like Ratliff, Romo, Witten, and others. I think as long as he has players like the ones mentioned above he can be successful, but if he has players like last year they will walk all over him and he will fail.

I have hope we can have a successful postseason, but Wade is going to have to prove it to me before I get on his band wagon.

In the front seat if not driving.

Plenty of time for everyone else to hop on.

I'm on it. The guy has a control of the lockerroom, respect from the players, respect from Jerry. The potential to run defensive powerhouses. Search high and low, it will be hard to find a coach who can match his success in Dallas. Keeping him here will only improve things.

Bottom line, he is one of the most winning coaches Dallas has seen.

I've never really had an issue with Wade. Never understood the complaints about his lighter touch, or the hankering for the hard-*** coach--mostly since we had that with Parcells and still had similar frustrations. I don't think you can force chemistry or discipline with adults. Wade seems to have the players' respect, and that goes a long way with me.

Am I on a Phillips bandwagon? Don't know. I'm here for the Cowboys, so I guess as long as it seems like he's doing right by them, I must be on it.

I remember when the genius Bellicheat coach for the Browns. Many there wasn't calling him a genius then.

Like it or not but Wade is a good coach and if we remain healthy I expect a big year for the Boys. However, in the mean time I am enjoying the ride.

Yes ,Ithink the team is really working hard for him, they like making him smile and raise his arms TD style while running his fat but down the sidelines

After the KC game I announced I was officially on the GROW committee. Our defense was stinking out loud especially on drives late in the game. I said that IF he couldn't even coach the defense up then I didn't want him. Impatience is not a good thing sometimes.

Hand me my crow and I'll gladly eat it for the time being at least. The defense is playing very well and the team, overall, has a better "Feel" to it than it has in years. It actually feels more like the early 90's to me than it has in recent years. It's starting to feel like a team you can trust.

The bandwagon tries to pull out of the barn but that Wade is just too plain fat and heavy for the horses to pull.

These Cowboys are winning without much help from Wade. WP is a figure head.

During a game Wade's look is more blank than a Fargo winter landscape, blanker than Plaxico Burris' charity-appearances schedule on the night he shot hisself, blanker than Jerra's books-to-read schedule. Blanker than the Cowboys Cheerleaders' director's list on scholastic achievement. Well, you get the point.:)

He's the coach, I support the coach. It doesn't mean that I don't have reservations or criticism eery now and then though.

I think being the DC fits him best and frankly, I think this Co-Head Coach thing works well for Dallas. Essentially he's the HC b/c he does the pressers, etc, but on the field, he's the DC with some HC duties, though I figure he gets input from Garrett occasionally so... it is what it is and right now, it's working.

I don't know if I would call him Co-Head Coach. Garrett does have a lot of input, but I think that is smart of Wade. Wade's specialization is defense, so the fact that he let's Garrett have a lot of offensive input is actually smart of him. He's just playing to his and Garrett's strengths.

I give him and even more so Garrett that they both seem to be improving week to week.

But I thought the team came out of camp poorly prepared and it showed, and I still think they both have problems utilizing personnel (although again, improving)

Not ready to jump on any wagons yet.

Technically he's right. I think he has a 70% winning percentage. I still want to see him have postseason success before I annoint him though.

I never considered giving a HC the opportunity and supporting him being on the bandwagon. Wade was hired to be the HC since he has taken over he has gone 13-3, 9-7 and is currently 6-2. He has helped to bring an at NFC East title to a team who has struggled over the last several years. He is 0-1 in post season and needs to get this team over the hump this season. I hope he can I'm pulling for him and this team to do just that.
