I like Red but it looks like this team needs another major shakeup once again. In Grudens favor is that he likes Romo and we all know that Romo aint going anywhere. If not Gruden then who? Im even down with a college coach at this point, say goodbye to a lot of the core players if we do in fact get a new coach.

At this point I would take anybody not name Jason Garrett.....LOL

The Gruden haters are funny. Like you wouldn't take Gruden over JG in two seconds..come on lets get real. Gruden is exactly what this teams need, he was great in Oakland and In Tampa. I was watching Warren Sapp's Football Life...funny how Sapp and the other team leaders "Loved" playing for Gruden, he made it intense and he made it fun. Come on get real...

Re-think your "No thanks " comments because it would be a dream come true for Romo/Witten and Ware. It may be their only shot.

Id rather have cowher but id take either.

I just dont want another yes man hand picked by jerry. It doesnt work so quit doing it.

Sadly I think garrett get atleast another season. Jerry has been clear that he wants to get out of the three year coaching cycles.

You have a good point. If anybody would pick Garrett over Gruden, their mental state of mind needs questioning. It is clear at this point that Garrett is not going to work out in Dallas. I have nothing against Garrett on a personal level. He is just not the coach that Dallas needs to win with the talent they have.

Neither are coming here. The GM will try and trot out another weak HC next year and try and market dog doo doo as chocolate ice cream.

I like Gruden alot. He also likes him some Romo. I am sure he would be better in game management situations, as well as keeping a solid team together. He also gets more mad than i've seen anyone on the sideline ( exception is Cowher). Dallas needs fire and intensity.

Gruden's an abrasive, deceitful yahoo. Even some of his friends admit how difficult he is to get along with. He hams it up for the camera, but he's the kind of coach players hate. And not in the good way.

Because he's a TV analyst now, a number of his ex-players make nice, but that's more professional courtesy. Going after him as a coach is an old school Snyder-style move.

What ??? Gruden is hilarious. Tonight looks like yet another snoozer of a mon night football game but grudens comments will be entertaining at least.

Who didn't laugh when gruden was singing the mighty quin song and tirico was looking at him like he didn't know what to say to that

Looking at your avatar (lol) doesn't surprise me you're a fan of Jon G. Mike T is also lame and sorry to disagree with you but Howard Co and Dandy Don to Pat Sum and John Madman make these two slime balls look like nothing. I am watching the game on mute.

Of course he WANTS to get out of that cycle, but until you find someone adequate, you can't. If Jerry isn't looking for our next coach already, he should be.

Is that clemson's OC? He studied Gus Malzahn's offense and took it to Clemson. Malzahn is a great offensive coach. Rather have him.

yes he is..he is a genius offensive mind and his players love him.

he used to be the hc of our high school in bay city, texas in the early 2000's

took us to state 3 out of 4 years winning one against denton ryan in 2000.

we lost to graham harrell led ennis..and north crowley the other two.

he left here and went to stephensville and turned their program back into winners for a couple years and then went to lake travis where they won back to back championships.

he's got the midas touch.

His coaching history is nothing to get jacked up about. He led a team built by tony dungy to the super bowl over the team that he knew the entire playbook on. 1 and done.

Thats all just speculation, cant be cerified. Being hard to get along with is a trait a lot of football coaches have and in some cases, it's a good thing. I doubt his players hated him when he won a Super Bowl.
