and 2015 was Garrett's chance to shine and show his employers and this fanbase that he can win a few games (at minimum 1 game) facing major adversity (losing Romo for the season)
he couldn't do anything coaching wise to will his team to 1 win after losing Romo. I'm sure he's a great person off the field, but he is not an NFL caliber coach. PERIOD.
So you think anybody could walk in and coach the Cowboys to a 64-51 record? Is that you Jerry Jones?
