Theory: good but not great

Aikman was a generational talent that are hard to find. They are fortunate to get winning QB's from Romo (undrafted), Dak (4th rd pick). The track record of success of 1st round QB is rare.

Dak is more the exception than the rule, most 4th rd QB don't become starters or winning QB's.
Dak and Romo were not top tier NFL QBs. I’ll say it again. This FO doesn’t put stock in the QB position. You can’t hit on one if you never try.

Maybe the other team was better. How can you have watched that Packers game and not to come to that conclusion? The other times they were not the better team either.

Good but not great
Our lack of DT and LB talent was grossly exposed.

We have talent, but not in the right areas. You want to beat good/great QBs in the playoffs, up the gut pressure is the #1 way to do so.

This right here. Jerry’s Super Bowl is winning the revenue game against the other 31 NFL owners. He’s got 3 rings and is in the hall of fame. There is zero motivation to do what it takes to actually win a Super Bowl now. We’ve all been swindled because the narrative has always been Jerry’s desire to be known as a football man. The truth has finally slapped everyone in the face this offseason.
Absolutely, but not finally. It's been slapping us in the face for decades.

They have had talent in the building since the Garrett era. The problem is the Joneses are too lazy to put the work in to get a championship. They have cheap talent at key positions in the organization so they can continue to have Fall Guys. The tragic part of it all is that nobody takes a fall. Nobody. No woodsheds. It is all a lie to keep the money train running.
Nope. It's even worse than that. They have no idea what those key positions are.
