This has to stop because these early post season exits and playing unimpressively, particularly horrendously, has been going on for many years now, no matter who is head coaching. This family ownership also consisting of dual titled upper management minions needs to go away, but it won't. You can't buy out Jerry and Stephen at any price apparently.

First thing they need to do. Is stop being petrified of FA. Second. They need to stop overrating their own talent. Just because you drafted them doesnt make them good. Third. Bring in a coach that will hold players accountable, and tell the players the buck stops with the coach and your office door is CLOSED.

Dan Quinn needs to go. Immediately. Either he was paid off or is just clueless. How do you change your scheme from heavy man coverage to zone against a team that struggles against press man? Was he scouting the wrong team? Was he scouting the team he had interviews with? It makes no logical sense.

Bring in a young OC like Ben Johnson. Make him the HC i dont care. This team needs a culture shift.

Kind of like getting a shot when you went to the doctor as a kid. Once you kind of accept that it's going to happen, it still hurts, but not nearly as much as if you cling to hope that maybe they aren't jamming that needle in your arm. It's the acceptance phase in the grief process. Last stop on the 7 step process

Sad but true. We pretty much surrounded him with good talent and he spit the bit like he always does in pressure situations. He is not a person who excels in crunch time against really good teams. He can slaughter the second tier teams, but that won't win you a ring ever.

I thought Dak (and other parts of the team) would choke in the playoffs, but not until they faced the 49ers. I thought this was going to be a slaughter of the Packers by the Cowboys. This game made me physically ill and royally ticked off. I'm tired of these losers with zero sense of urgency and pride in the team. I had zero illusions these losers would make it past SF. That being said, I thought they were good enough and passionate enough at least make it to face the 9ers.

It's past time to replace the coaching and cut or trade a lot of the players. People really need to boycott paying for season tickets or game tickets and hit Jerry in the pocket book hard until he steps down as GM. Sadly, none of this is going to happen. Our brilliant GM is probably going to either let DQ go (he should), or more likely fire one or two of the position coaches and declare things fixed.
