QB-
Willis
Pickett

WR-
G. Wilson
Burks
Olave
London
J. Williams

OL-
Neal
Ekonwu
Cross
Penning
Linderbaum

DL-
Hutchinson
Thibodeaux
J. Johnson
Walker
J. Davis
Wyatt

DB-
Gardner
McDuffie
Stingley

Booth

I don’t think any of those picks would be a surprise, but leaves us with a board looking like this at 24-

OL- Green, Zion, Raimann, T. Smith

WR- Dotson and Watson

DE- Karlaftis, Ojabo, Mafe, and Ebiketie

DT- T. Jones

LB- Lloyd and Dean

DB- Elam, Gordon, McCreary, Brisker, Hill, Cook

Make your pick (hopefully I didn’t miss anyone obvious)

Trade down a few spots or so and still have a decent pick, since they can get BPA and fill a need.

But I may go with Green. Since he can play G and C, as teams have been trying him at C on the pro days and private workouts and meetings.

Green, instant upgrade to the passing and running games.

Overview
Guard prospect with NFL-ready frame who plays with an impressive level of consistency as a run blocker. Green moves defenders from Point A to Boint B against their will, using hand technique and road-grading leg drive. He possesses adequate foot quickness to operate in a variety of run schemes, but needs to eliminate his tendency to grab when his opponent is slipping away from the block. He has pop and anchor in pass protection, but lacks recognition and mirror technique needed to be at his best against athletic interior rushers. While green has some areas to improve, his run blocking can be dominant, which gives him a chance to become a good starter very quickly.

I’m with you on both counts here. I think you can trade down (maybe to 32 with Detroit for one of the QB’s?) and still get a good player.

If not, I draft Green and hope to get a pass rusher like Sam Williams in round 2.

OG (Johnson or Green): That’s a step-in starting spot.

DE is also a position of need but this class runs deep and I believe we have a shot at getting a quality player at that position in R2.

And this is what pisses me off about the two nitwits running this.

OG was a position they could have fixed in FA allowing them more flexibility with the draft. But they literally have no starting LG so it forces them into a situation to likely have to draft an OG early.

I’m gonna die laughing when Green or Johnson get taken relatively early leaving only one of the two on the board and some team trades up to #23 to take him because they know we would have.

I don't think any of the remaining WRs would be in the Cowboys true 1st round tier which is normally about 18 players.
- Definitely not the 3rd available LB.

Edge …......... George Karlaftis
OG …......... Zion Johnson
LB …......... Devin Lloyd
LB …......... Nakobe Dean
OG …......... Kenyon Green
OT …......... Bernhard Raimann

They're going to take an offensive player unless a defensive player they expected to go to 20 drops to them.

I think one of these remaining 3 defensive players would fit into that category.

I can see them considering the available OTs if one has potential high upside at LT.
- Bernhard Raimann is questionable at LT with short-ish arms.
- In game footage Tyler Smith appears more athletic than Raimann despite outweighed Raimann by 21 pounds. Smith has good arm length and as much power as anybody.

Edge …......... George Karlaftis
OG …......... Zion Johnson
LB …......... Devin Lloyd
LB …......... Nakobe Dean

Agree with this list, but I would slide Dotson above Raimann…possibly Dean. While his size isn’t prototypical, I think he’s a dynamic playmaker that has to at least be in the conversation
