They would have taken Unger if Seattle hadn't traded up in front of us. It's been confirmed by numerous sources since then.

I'm willing to bet my life savings that there will be an OL taken in the first 4 rounds.

I said in my original post they would take a project type Olineman around the 4th round. That is traditionally when Dallas takes their projects (Stanback, Free, AOA, Arkin, etc.). I will believe Jerry has really changed if they take an OL (especially Center or Guard) in the 1st 2 rounds or 2 within the top 5 rounds. If that happens then I will believe even Jerry can learn from his past mistakes. We'll know by the evening of April 27th.

Agreed. There is simply no way that I believe we will ignore our board and refuse to take an OL until late in the draft.

Every sign points to OL early in the draft. Nothing was addressed with the OL in free agency, and they will address it two or maybe even three times in the draft.

This year is different. It's never been so obvious with the OL. They know Livings and Bernadeau aren't quality starters and they haven't addressed the OL in free agency at all. OL will be addressed before the 4th round!

I hope and pray that you are right and I am dead wrong. However, after observing Jerry's decision making process over the last 17 years, I am all out of good faith with Jerry and am now squarely on the show me side of the argument.
