I think the same thing kind of just happened in the Philly game but no challenge from Chip.

I expect they don't have as much help on those reviews in pre-season

What quarter?

Edit: Never mind. Found it. I'll upload some gifs shortly. I'm on really slow wifi (on vacation with crappy internet).

Edit2: That's a catch. He wasn't going to the ground, had 2 feet down and started to run with possession.

......"help" from Blandio......:)

They got the call right in GB. Hate the rule but it was called right. By all logic it should be a catch. But the rule is what it is. Grown ups realize this ain't no conspiracy. Good lord. If the NFL wanted to conspire, we'd be advancing as we get amazing ratings.

How do you figure? When he gets control what looked like a first foot down had actually been picked up, he then got 2 down and went to the ground...there was no upright long enough.
He clearly has possession and at least one foot down in this frame. He then gets two more feet down before getting tackled.

It has to be a catch, because it's impossible to prove that he wasn't "upright long enough" in the judgment of the replay official.

If the replay official had confirmed the ruling on the field of incomplete, saying that the player was NOT upright long enough, that would also be impossible to disprove, so that call would also have been correct.
