They thought Rodgers might practice today; it didn't happen

Me too...he doesn't need too much practice unfortunately. I will say this: I look for him to throw VERY short, controlled routes with a 1-3 step drop. That's what he did vs. Detroit because that calf doesn't allow him to throw deep. I think Rod knows this and will play very tight bump and run coverage and make him prove he can go over the top. They might go some shotgun too which they never normally do to my knowledge. This would help his calf in not having to drop back.

Nice observation. Will watch for exactly that. Also QB's who get rid of the ball quickly do seem to give us trouble.

just setting up the narrative so if he comes out and goes 30/31, 351 yds, and 4TDs 0 INT and GB wins, the media can have their national circle jerk over how he overcame insurmountable odds and "ZOMG WHAT A WARRIOR!! MY HEAD IS EXPLODING!!!"

Romo laughs at Rodgers' torn labia.. i mean calf

One of the most shameful plays in the NFL history.

Wow... I don't know what's worse, the play itself or the fact that he has teammates high fiving him at the end of that.

Flush him, make him run........get a few early hits on him, get him to the ground, keep it part of football but lets see if he needed more rest.

This might be the game where I send Carter on blitzes early and often. That thing is no way healed yet and will tear more if it gets over used. That was Detroits biggest problem in there finale against him. Once he came back they never blitzed him. He is a wizard at throwing the ball and escaping, but with one blown out tire he becomes a perfect pocket passer only.
