I’ve been a member of this forum for many years so I’m not trolling here.

Every fan base has their share of arrogant loudmouths, but let’s be honest, it’s the league/media that props up the Cowboys during the regular season and when things don’t work out it’s a crucifixion by fans and the media. Whether it’s awarding the Cowboys the maximum amount of prime time games in a season after the prior couple seasons of missing the playoffs or media overhypness by folks old enough to remember the 70’s and 90’s glory years. The more a team is elevated in the public spotlight, the harder the fall will be when they don’t meet expectations.

I wouldn’t give a hoot what talking heads and other fanbases say, I’m the end there are going to be 31 disappointed fanbases.

The niners have not won a SB since 1995. They need to shut up. The Bills were a joke in the 90s because they lost 4 SBs but now you are amazing for making it to the NFCCG? The only thing that matters is winning the SB. Would any of you be happy if we had made it to the NFCCG once 5 years ago?

The rest of the league will always hate us. If we made it all the way to the SB and lost they would also be laughing. Only way to stop it is to win it all.

Here's another thing to consider - does the gloating of fans and Stephen A. Smith frustrate you more than the Cowboys lack of ability to get out of this curse?

We get the prime time games because good or bad we draw huge ratings. It's often more of a curse than a blessing.
