Seems like a step backwards.
As opposed to keeping Rico Gathers?
I'm not expecting a lot from Witten but he's an upgrade over that CZ legend.

Why you gonna talk about 3 TD Jarwin like that?As opposed to keeping Rico Gathers?

Block? Remember him struggling or getting beat many times over the past 2-3 years. That's not including the many false starts.
You have my heart buddy. I respect what you do more than just about anything.
You'll always be my online bro.
Rico runs faster, can jump higher and get as open. One false start in 2017.
3 in 2016.
lolXoxoxo
Seeing how this fanbase reacted today is why we are mocked across the nation. We accept mediocrity and not only that, we celebrate it. You would think we would have won some kind of championship. The 5 rings mentality is real. Too many live in the past and are not comfortable in moving on. We want to hang onto the past so often because it's familiar. Witten has not played in a year and is way past his prime. He will be upper 30s by the time training camp starts. Do people not realize how ineffective he was? We are paying $3.5-5mill for a guy who can only do a few things and some kind of a niche player. But Jerry's charity is always open to his pet favorites. Who cares about developing the TE's we have and getting some down the field ability, let's bring back Witten. Yay mediocrity!! Can't wait for his 3-4 yard routes where he catches the ball and falls down.

You're right.
Dak is the definition of mediocrity.
And he's about to get $150 million.
Lol!!!!!!!!!!Couple more drinks I got all the advice he needs
What are you talking about? Don't you read these posts? This fan base revels in despair and negativity. Did he get open, or did they let him catch a 6 yard pass when 8 were needed, rightly believing they could tackle him before he got the extra 2 yards and all that with the Sam lb covering him. Didn't he lead the team in holding penalties that last year or was that overall penalties when including false starts? But he can only do a few things.
Those things.
Get open.
Catch the ball.
Block.
Terrible qualities for a TE, clearly.
If you call vodka potato juice, it's good for you. This is my dude right here.
We could run a small country off of alcohol!
I mean our intake, not trade.
In what way? His YPC was low (8.9), his 1st down rate was poor (41%), and his catch rate was only 72%.And he still outperformed 2/3 of all starters around the league. That’s not worth 1% of your salary cap?
These numbers aren't good.He averaged 9 yards a catch and got a first down 41% of those catches.
Some people won’t appreciate talent until we’re back running chad Hutchinson and Troy hambrick with Randall Williams out wide
