How bout them Cowboys! Beautiful win today. Let’s be real though, the real battle is next week.

Key takeaways:

- Daron Bland at or near Trevon Diggs level
- Defense domination
- Dak played lights out (besides that throw into quadruple coverage that resulted in a pick)
- Play calling was phenomenal
- O-Line significantly stronger this week

I can’t find much to complain about today guys. They played great. Anytime Rush is in before the game is over is a good day. But this win means nothing.

The true test is next week. We need to make up for the 49ers loss, and if they want to prove themselves and really win a Super Bowl this year they beat the eagles and stay breathing down their neck all year. And if they don’t they probably don’t deserve it.

What do you guys think? What did you see today that yall didn’t like?
Glass half full.....I guess

But let's be real......

Pollard looks tired
#4 with another turnover....
Didn't really spread the the football around on offense.
We got a problem @ left tackle. We just keep flirting with disaster there. Now down to our 3rd option. Big question now is Asim Richards the real answer?
Kinda think this check with me game Prescott has been running....got exposed. "Here we go"....It's a pass...vs "Nay....we Good...Here we go"....It's a run.
Some teams have figured it out....Rams obviously didn't.
About ready to give up on Tolbert...so much for all that pres-season hype. They just don't look for him @ all in this offense.

I bet this game would have "meant something" if they lost.

A Win is a Win. They can only play who they are scheduled to play. Enjoy it.
Exactly, there are always a bunch of whiners who want to be negative.
Next week means no more than this week. Realistically, the Eagles should beat us on their field. We should beat them on our field. Maybe we win next week; maybe we don’t. The season does not depend on one game. Anything can happen. There are still 10 games left on our schedule.

These same Rams played SF and Arizona much better than we did. The fact we blew them out doesn’t mean they are a bad team. It’s week to week in the NFL.

Conference Wins are very important for tie-breakers, we already have lost to the Cardinals. Yes, the division is more important, but this was important.
And the 9ers unfortunately,2 conference losses right there,we can't afford a loss next week

Yes, next week's game is more important but this win against the Rams most certainly doesn't "mean nothing". It was important for the Cowboys to maintain their consistency in all three phases of the game. They did that.

Other than a random couple of plays, there really was nothing to see that I didn’t like original poster. However, this was another game that we were supposed to win and so we won it! Right? I mean, yes, we took it to the Rams in every category and won a game that we were supposed to win. Playing at home after two weeks of rest. Next week is when we really find out where we are once and for all. I’m giving this team an out with the 49ers game. I believe we will be up and ready next week for Philly. I believe we are capable of beating Philly and I believe if we play solid football we are in fact, a better team overall. Next week will truly tell us if this team is capable of making a Super Bowl run this year or not. We already know we can beat teams that we’re supposed to. We’ve been doing it for the last several years. We need to go past that now.

"today's win only matters if we win next week against the eagles" I think that's what the OP was really trying to say.
