Straight truth... Glad some people remember. 2006 is all people need to know about this Cowboys team. With Bledsoe they were absolute trash, and he wasn't a terrible QB, just had no mobility. Romo comes around and they look playoff-caliber.

It could have gone farther that year if it weren’t for Parcells stubborn, conservative ways.

For this argument to carry any weight at all the results would actually have to be different. Anyone see a championship D last night or a clutch ground game or quality game day management? The more things change.. the more they stay the same. Build one up, defend the other? It’s all BS.

So please name the season where Romo had 48 interceptions?

The talent level between the teams Romo had and Dak has now is night & day difference. Romo had Laurent Robinson. Dak has Amari Cooper, Gallup, & Cobb. Romo would have been very thankful to have the O Line & Defense that Dak gets to enjoy.

What? Romo had Dez Bryant in his prime. He had T.O. He had a prime Witten. Don’t act like Romo had no one to throw the ball to.

What happens when you have an inept coaching staff that more often then not don’t come with a good game plan or can’t adjust the QB tries to do too much to over compensate. Do you guys actually believe Tom Brady would be Tom Brady if he had Garrett as his head coach his whole career?

Need to at least start with the HC. They need to clean up all the stupid mental mistakes and need someone to chew them out.

Garrett is the 5th HC in a row we've failed with.

The problem has less to do with the HC than it has with the man who appoints the HC.

I think some actually believe Brady would still be winning Super Bowls here?! More than likely he'd be a 6th round pick long gone by now.

Its just more of the same with Jerry Ball. No surprises.

We are a talent dependent franchise. Have been since Jimmy left. I’m amazed we’ve built this much of a team within our dysfunctional organization. I give Garrett much of the credit with his process and culture.

The rest of the league should be ashamed these fools , the Jone$, have assembled a better team than them.

48 interceptions? Where did that number come from? Romo also had Miles Austin in his prime, TO when he was still pretty damn good and Patrick Crayton as a slot number 2 guy and you conveniently forgot to mention Dez. Romo has had some talent, Garrett knows how to waste talented guy's careers.
