I doubt it.The WO would get court marshaled today
I doubt it.The WO would get court marshaled today
A situation he helped create.
He’s been one of the best, if not the best, run defender on the team. That’s not necessarily a good thing as you want him to be the best pass rusher on the team. Hoping Quinn will use him more effectively and DLaw goes all in.
So you want to argue a hypothetical point? How am I to counter that hypothetical point? With hypothetical counterpoints? LOL Let's stick with facts and reality, not hypothetical fantasy.
MIdseason? No, they don't.Good men get fired all the time. Tom Landry was fired. What's your point?
You're just making lame excuses for DLaw.You can say that, sure. He's part of it. But the fact remains, if you have little run D you're probably not going to post a lot of sacks.
LOL, I wouldn't attempt to defend that ridiculous hypothetical argument either. Good for you for backing down from it.I didn't argue the point, I just made it. You're the one that's arguing with it. And you still miss the point, sorry I can't help you with that....
He's consistently average, it's the Cowboy way.

That's what I said, you were smart not to defend it. Thanks.Didn't attempt to defend it, but nice try anyway...
He is a good player but we need him to get home moreHe does a great job and plays hard. Not flashy enough for some, but he brings it every game.
You're just making lame excuses for DLaw.
NotedI fully admit I am. But they are not lame. If he's still a non factor regardless of that, I'll be the first to scream for his release. Even if the situation doesn't improve. Because it's pointless to pay someone that much for no reason.
MIdseason? No, they don't.
My criterion? Did I say once cut midseason, incapable of motivation? No! You are putting words in my mouth.By your criterion, Sean Payton is a lousy coach who is incapable of motivation. Or maybe you do not recall his mid season firing by Jim Fassell?
Really..this whole team has to put it all together...it's a big year for ALL of them. From Zeke and Dak right on down to Fehoko. It's going to be a big year for several of our players. I can't blame Tank for last year because the Cowboys D was in 2nd and 3rd and short constantly. You can't really get a pass rush going when it's 2nd and 5, then 3rd and 2.
DLaw, Jaylon Smith, LVE, Gallup, and even Cooper have something to prove to justify their stay in 2022. All for varying reasons. I'm hoping these guys are at their best. Because regardless of what anyone thinks in regards to these players, if they go, someone steps in for them. I don't see this team being better in 2022 if we lose most or all of those players.
It seems to me some of the very best D-line "superstars"...had very adequate to excellent players beside and even behind.Best run defender on an anemic run defense. Says nothing. Here’s the thing with Lawrence...he has talent. Can rush the passer and play the run. He is paid to be a superstar and he just isn’t. Fan expectations will go up when a guy signs that huge contract. Lawrence hasn’t played to that contract, this team has had terrible defenses when he was supposed to be a lynchpin, plus his overall production is not great. Fans are correct to be dubious towards him. Lastly he started that Hot Boyz crap which just looks foolish given how bad the defense has been. Lawrence should just shut up and get a dozen sacks. That will calm the negativity down.
