This is a Cowboys team you can believe in

They won't bench him unless his game starts to fall apart. If he keeps playing the way he is, Romo will never see the field this season or any season for the Cowboys unless Dak gets injured. I'm not concerned one bit that Dak will be benched if he keeps playing the way he is. Jerry is not about to screw what the team has going by making a QB change with us winning and Dak not only having a rookie of the year campaign but is in the running for league MVP. That's how great he's playing. He's having a better season than Romo had in 2014 up to this point.
I hope your right, but I think they just might easily bench Dak and put romo in regardless of how dak is playing.

I'll be 100% right and you can bookmark this post. No way Dak gets benched if he continues to play the way he is now.

Patriots are the only team I would outright predict an L for us. And we can beat them if we're at our best
Even though I doubt the defense(because lack of pass rush), I would still not concede a loss to the Pats. The turnover free offensive play from the boys is difficult to overcome unless you are assignment correct all game. That is not happening even against the Pats. In a shootout scenario I am not sure we own the correct offense, but if you let us score early, opponents will be playing our game and will be consistently out of their comfort zone while we slowly apply greater pressure to their jugular with our offense.

We played the Patriots tough last year up until the first half, and we were terrible. This team can take them down I have no doubt. Watch Buffalo beat the Pats tomorrow.

We've lost one game by a total of 1 point. What would it take to give you some fan confidence?
This was a selection of his hot takes before the season.

this team wasn't going to the superbowl with tony and yes with a rookie they will lose lots of games because the coaching is not very good it will take not just dak it will take a TEAM to win tony has carried this team so long no one else knows how to win they are going to have to learn if they want to be successful

with this coaching staff they will be lucky to win four games.

I am changing mine also 3 and 13

Oh and he went from multiple daily posts to five posts in the last three weeks. He's only here to complain and hope for losses. Winning spoils his fun.

I don't know guys -- I haven't heard a single thing from the Cowboys to suggest Tony isn't going to play as soon as he's ready. In fact, Jerry made it a point to say Tony was number one and Dak was number 2 a couple of weeks ago. They actually showcased him for the media Wednesday and Thursday to show he was coming along and could make the throws, and they knew it was going to get big coverage by the sports media. It appears to me they were saying, "Get ready, 'cause here he comes." Best case, Dak beats the Eagles and the Browns and Tony takes the field in Pittsburgh and shows he's still got it.

2007, 2009 & 2014 were all teams that were worthy of Believing In. Liking what I'm seeing this season but it's not even halfway through yet, so the belief isn't totally there. Least not yet.
2007 the Patriots were clearly a better team than Dallas. 2014 there were also some teams, including Seattle and New England that were probably better. 2009 there were better teams. This year - 2016 - I am not sure there is a better team.

Just got back from the store with some steaks and such and saw a guy dressed head to toe in Cowboys gear....had the tennis shoes to match. I told him nice outfit but if he realized the game was tomorrow night :D

This is not in Texas, but in San Fran :flagwave:

Dare I say this, but I believe Dak is your qb, hard to disrupt the success this team is having, but in a shoot out Romo would be the better option, bow you manage that is a tough situation. I think you go with what you have, let Dak drive the machine, if things get off coarse, bring in Romo. It changes the dynamic of the offense, for example down early and the offense isn't keeping up, then let the gunslinger loosen things up. It's a great problem to have, as long as it's managed properly. But all things considered, I think it's wrong to disrupt the chemistry of this team, let it play out, and decide to make a change, when the situation arises, and I do believe in Romo. But right now it's Dak at the helm.

Dak brings the read option into play, that really stresses out a defense, it's a very valuable component to an already lethal offense.

BTW, we are currently the number 9th ranked defense in the NFL in total yds allowed. Credit our Offense TOP, but the defense has done it's job through 6 games.
