This is a good team

Incorrect.

Great teams find ways to win, great teams make adjustments. Great teams don’t commit to constant failures. Great teams may struggle, but they have close wins.

Good teams at least make an effort. Good teams have good attitudes. Good teams keep their mouths shut when the morale is low. Good teams back up what they can do, and shut up about what they cant do. Good teams may lose occasional close games.

This team is neither of those. This team is mediocre, and borderline abysmal. Getting blown out like this in your own home isnt something a great nor good team does. I abhor what this team has become. I’ve become less and less intertwined with this team due to its massive shortcomings. It’s almost not worth it to watch this team fail in and out every year for the same reasons we scream to the mountaintops about. What a shame.

We have no speed man. Anyone outside of Lamb can’t get open. I haven’t been to a Cowboys game in person in years and I was today and it’s apparent in person. Promise.
i agree, and ferg is more critical than thought

Jerry rice proved you don't need speed to get open. Irvin wasn't the fastest guy on the field. Wrs catch the ball without being "open".
Promise.

And that's the problem. They are typically a "good" team. They are never a "great" team.

Now every once in awhile they can be a "bad" team, and to be fair given the lame duck status of McCarthy this could be a team that gives up and implodes on themselves, but more often than not they are a "good" team. Just never a great team. Good teams win divisions here and there and make the playoffs. But they also get bounced early and are never a threat.

That's Dallas. Rarely bad, mostly good, never great. And that's all because the GM is cheap and at some point in his GM tenure became scared of taking risks and pushing the chips all in.
I mean they win 12 games a year. They are great until
The playoffs come around.

I hope to see a day where the Jones family doesn't create the roster, but we have to boycott any spending on this franchise until such a time. Most likely a losing proposition.

I think speed is overrated. You go out there and outplay the guy in front of you. Shaheed can’t outrun our corners but he for sure can outrun our safeties.

The Cowboys are a good team when everything goes their way. Once they get punched in the mouth they fold. This team is no different than last year‘s team. It only took until week two this year to realize we’re not going anywhere. It’s going to be another early exit in the playoffs if we even make the playoffs. Our defense is a serious problem.

Right on. Brutal truth.

It's not Dak. It's the D. I promise !!!

The $240 mil man is gonna fix things.

Once you see it in person you will get it. It’s slow. I was in the end zone and it’s like you’re watching the All 22. No one was open

This team has never been good when the other team take the opening kickoff and ram it down the throats, you know it’s going to be a long day when that happens.
Our assassin can't stop the bleeding? We made it 7-3 then it was 14-3. I said it before and I'll say it again......Dak isn't the guy, but please trade 11. It's pointless giving him a record contract

Biggest issue is they are soft, they can not handle adversity. This is the culture Jerry has created. Everyone's a celebrity.

Next biggest issue is fraudelent coaching. Outside of Al Harris and Jeff Zgonina, none of these guys impress me. Zgonina may end up just being a rah-rah guy who doesn't have the technical expertise or know-how to fix these guys.

I get it but speed doesn’t mean you’re open. Their lack of ability to get open isn’t because of speed.

Schoon actually didn’t look too bad at first. After that the Oline was schill. Pathetic
yeah that one handed grab was nice, and hopefully being thrust into reps will pay future dividends.
