This is all on you Linehan!

The line did Zeke and Dak no favours, Giants have the Cowboys number.

Horrific play calling. We knew what the Giants game plan would be. Stack the box and blitz Dak and yet we have no quick slant or screen pass plays in the game plan? Un-real. Dak had a bad game no doubt but the coaching didn't help him one bit out there.

Where you been

Dak stunk it up tonight, but tonight's game seriously reminded me of the play-calling in those 8 and 8 seasons. I really don't understand what Linehan was trying to do. Extremely predictable, and I frankly can't understand why Lance Dunbar is in the game. Can someone tell me what element he is supposed to bring to the offense? Why try to 'save Zeke' when if you beat the Giants, you wrap up the division? Then you can essentially play him for half a game and take him out. Then, instead of 'fair-catching' on the kick off, Dunbar tries to return the ball and we're around the 10 or 15 instead of the 25. On the last drive, I don't see any Zeke in there at all. If anything, you put him in there just for his blocking.

The whole team failed to make some clutch plays at key times. Even Dan Bailey had a field goal bounce out.

Poor execution is always the play calling, the giants defense sold everything tonight to win and it payed off. Or wonder boy QB got out matched and nobody stepped up
Why didn't Zeke have 40 carries today

He held the ball way to long on numerous occasions.

Because there was no play calling that involved quick slants and he had a ton of pressure on him. He does need to work on his pocket presence more as well though.

I'm fine with preserving Zeke. But if Linehan does this in the playoffs?

This loss in on you! Your playcalling was an atrocious joke all night long. Not only did you squander a terrific defensive performance, but you took the ball away from the league's top rusher and best offensive line, but you put all of the pressure on a rookie quarterback playing with a disinterested, brain-dead wide receiver. This loss is all on you. Hang your head.

Tell em STASH !!!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::hammer:

I said it early in the week, we have to setup Zeke or Morris to run 4 or 5 screens in this game.

We could all see that both Dak and Dez were struggling. But not Linehan. He forced things anyway. And cost this team a game along the way.

Arrogant, clueless, and stupid.

And unacceptable.

Every bit of praise and compliments I have given him this season has been undone by this game.

This was an incompetent disgrace.
:hammer:

This game was poorly played from the standpoint of the execution as well as the play calling. Let's see if we're smart enough to make the necessary adjustments to turn that offensive drought into more of a winning effort. We'll possibly have about a month or so to figure it out.

I just look at tonight as being more on the players than the play calling.

Dez gave Dak nothing, and Dak'a accuracy and field vision was as bad as we have seen it. It probably can't be entirely simplified to just those two things, but they were huge hindrances all night.

please tell me which player said "coach, Beasley keeps catching the ball and getting yards, maybe we should get away fro that' "Coach, Dunar on 3rd down, hasnt worked, should we keep going with that"
