Someone who has followed McClain's career since a sophomore in high school.

McClain's problem was never the Oakland Raiders. McClain's biggest problem was going back to his hometown of Decatur, Alabama whenever he got a chance. You never heard any reports of McClain getting into trouble while he was in California? All his mishaps has been in his hometown.

Here you have this young kid who all of a sudden becomes a millionaire and becomes the biggest thing in the city and that type of situation can really boost a man's ego and bring jealousy amongst others including the local police department. McClain was charged with assault while playing for Oakland and after he signed with the Ravens, he was charged again for writing "**** You" instead of his name on a Police Citation for a bogus window tint ticket in his hometown.

With 2 arrest in the past two seasons, Roger Goodell was going to suspend him and that is why he retired and concentrated on getting his life back in order because Ro was going into a no win situation.

Never heard anything major at Alabama because Saban kept McClain out of Decatur while he was at the Capstone. Once he lost that support system at Bama and went to Oakland where I assume they treat and expect Men to act like Professionals like any other job.

I dont think McClain has ever used any of the teams hes played for an excuse. In the article on ESPN the guy s saying it was all him. He was just always angry and wasnt happy playing the game at that point in time. Not because he didnt love football but because he knew he wasnt in the right frame of mind and he saw himself going in a direction of hernandez and that KC player. So he walked away. He acknowledges that decatur was a big reason for his problems and when he goes spends time with his kids he doesnt even stay in decatur but gets a hotel outside of the town.

Saban suspended McClain because McClain didnt like how he was bein used as a 2gap LBer and changed the defense. Saban got in McClains face and both went at it. McClain said the best thing to ever happen to him was Saban not backing down. McClain didnt lose support at Bama, as he live in tuscolusa today and goes to Bama practices and works with young players there. And Saban got him help to cope with his anger.

Rolando was never suspended at alabama. The only trouble he got in while at alabama was he beat up a frat kid that called him the N word. And he didn't even get in much trouble then. But yes his problem is Decatur alabama. If he stays away from there he can be great. And I mean an all time great. Not many guys have started as true freshmen at linebacker at alabama. He has outstanding instincts. He's tough. Played the independence bowl with a broke hand. He's fast. Was a huge part of shutting down the spread at Florida with Tebow in the SECCG in 09. And he's a tackling machine. Talent is not and never was Ro's problem.

Not sure where you got the story about him getting in Saban's face but it is completely false. That never happened. Trust me. I'm very close to the program at Alabama and if that had happened then I would have heard about it. Also Ro would never disrespect Coach Saban like that and if he did he wouldn't have lasted long at Alabama

It was in an article posted here. It said he changed a play. Saban yelled at him. He yelled back and was benched. It was early in his career there I believe. Said they went on to have a good relationship.

I wouldn't doubt that happened. That happens on the field all the time between players and coaches.

I can't be certain but I believe that was what he was referring to.

No, I am he, and that was using a more descriptive views to point towards resorting to an 'I don't understand' reason not to approach the reasons stated, and being developed. Not understanding, and expressing a non-desire, falls upon that person. Not as an insult to a reasoned point, and not dependent upon preference in mood or expression. This leaves personality out of a discussion, unless that is pursured from a point outside of what was presented.

In common terms, who you trying to fool in feigning not understanding.

You better watch out or he might just fertilize your tomatoes.

That was taken off another site, and doesn't possess perspective from the start...but for anyone not knowing of experiments in growth standards, urine is mixed with wood ash to promulgate tomato production. It is high in nitrogen, and the wood ash has a lot of minerals.

If carrying trash between sites...leave those at the door. Or get perspective correct.

Yes he was. read the the espn artice i posted. He was suspended for 5 games by Saban. They officially called it a benching for 5 games. But he wasnt even at the games. So technically it was more then a benching. If ur going to try and downtalk and try and discredit somebodies posts atleast read what theyre posting along with articles theyve posted.

Lol by McClain seemed to have taken it to the next level. In the article it say Saban started yelling at McClain and saying What the F are you doing..And Mcclain yelled back in front of everybody "Shut the F up, i changed it and made it better"

He would definitely have a mental adjustment as to chain of command, if he made it through Basic Training...with those habits still in tact.

Haha regardless of what that article wants you to believe that simply never ever happened. And rolando was never benched, suspended or otherwise while at the University of Alabama.

Here's a link to his stats in the 2007 season which shows he made tackles in every game that season. How did he make a tackle in a game in which he was suspended?

Oh and if you're gonna try and post an espn article and cite it as fact then maybe you should do a little more research instead of accepting their BS as gospel
