He is working with them part time as an official coach. Don't know the terms but that doesn't mean he can't volunteer doing other things outside of his gig.

I guess as long as he keeps things confidential, he can create a camp with other NFL players for "free".

He still worked with our guys; he's not a coach. He's just a consultant. What he did for the Cowboys was either done without an advertised contract or for free. As a consultant, it's my guess he'll just show up a few times and work with their guys the same way, but that trip and lodging requires a contract.

Also....Ware is working with guys playing his best position in Denver, 3-4 OLB's. In Dallas, he's working with 4-3 DE's. Regardless of some opinions, it wasn't the same for Ware on the field, and he has more to offer to those OLBs rushing the QB.

Me either. The Cowboys can't do everything every fan would have them do, and they can't create a job for every popular former player. Realistically this just amounts to Ware making an occasional appearance to work with pass rushers here and there, not a significant position.
