This offense has to become more explosive!

Cowboys have needed more explosion for several years, they just like drafting slow azz WRs and skill position players. Heck, they don't even use Turpin. No need to go Al Davis Raiders, but get some players with speed and some make ya miss to their game...all they need is about 2 or 3 guys to go with CeeDee n Pollard.

Sad but true.

Flowers will probably run like a 4.4 but we’ll pass on him and draft someone who runs like a 4.6 bc it fits their “type.”

When have they drafted slow WRs?

I like Achane and Abanikanda, not necessarily in that order. I like JSN if I have to take a WR in the first and be semi-realistic about it, but my favorite pass-catcher in the draft is probably Kincaid.

I wish they’d give a look to DJ Chark.

Dude is everything they need and he’s still got his youth.

Chasing an old OBJ or Deandre Hopkins isn’t the move. They’re past it.

Chark would be cheaper and has upside over them at this point.

He’s cracked 1000 yards once in like 5 years. I don’t think he moves the needle at all.

He provides a big play threat out wide and will get a lot of man to man coverage. He’s young too.

OBJ is just a name at this point that comes with obvious baggage and Hopkins could fall apart any minute.

This team needs to become faster.

There’s quite a bit more to being a good receiver than being able to run fast in a straight line.

If healthy, OBJ and Hops are on a completely different level than Chark…by a mile.

I’ve posted this before but read that Tolbert is the only player we’ve drafted in the last like decade or so who ran a sub 4.5 40 at the combine.
Exactly, they haven't drafted a 4.3 guy or even low 4.4, if I'm not mistaken.

I like Chark too and wanted Dallas to get him, but I'm starting to think he's not best fit for a WCO as he's more of a vertical type WR. What you think?

Why is Chark already looking for his third team early in his career?

The two mentioned are alphas that will go after the football.

As I thought, they haven't really drafted a fast WR. You can have Simi if you want but it's still true. 4.3 or low 4.4 is to me...maybe 4.5 is fast to someone else, but Dallas has LBs faster than all the pure WRs.
