Look I appreciate the comment except for James Houston is 6'1 240 Parsons 6'3 245 Tank 6'3 251
I would say because of the height difference they're exactly the same size james Houstons built a little more like Tank body wise, thicker, that's why I said he reminds me of Demarcus Lawrence not Parsons but their size it's not that far off...
The thing Parsons had first step speed a lot of pass rush moves james Houston is more like Tank he's a more traditional pass rusher but he also plays the run better And yes he does play the run better.. Very active high motor he goes after the running backs with as much vigor as he does the the pass rush...
I'm just saying as a group I think it can be a great group the pressure by the team from all aspects this is going to be up to Matt how he designs this stuff where they're coming from how they're utilized and when Overshone comes back it'll even be better he will absolutely create havoc up the middle and side to side....
By the way bring you back Fowler back he had 10.5 sacks last year I'd say that that's a great addition Yeah and Sam Williams being healthy and hungry on a contract year also has these guys are going to be looking to be the next Parsons, even if they're not as good they're gonna be out there wanting to be the next guy up that everyone's talking about..add in EZE who knows
I mean I'm not saying we the loss of Parsons isn't going to be noticeable but I don't think he's irreplaceable... It's easy to see because even with him we haven't got past the second round of the playoffs it's not like we've been winning big with him maybe as a team where the defensive coordinator feels more pressure to create pressure that maybe it's better that they're not relying on one guy that one guy we are seeing a long line of motor if he's taken out of the game it's harder to make up for him
Been practicing all offseason from March until now with the group of guys they got so I think they're in focus and ready to go...
