I'm sort of shocked that such savy football fans as here would want Morgan released. I think you need to wait and see on him. He came to the team under very negative circumstances and then had an injury.

Then he was doing great in the off-season we were told until he had the shoulder injury diving for a catch in the last mini-camps.

We don't have a ton of money invested in him and need to wait and see on him. Especially after the coaches have changed his catching form. That's not easy stuff to do. And him replacing AB for whatever reasons is a tough way to come to the team because of all the turmoil associated there.

Personally, I think he's thinking too much and not playing with his natural ability. He's playing not to make mistakes an trying to please the coaches instead of playing to his strengths. That can kill you.

He's really in a poor position here with all this for now, but I don't see Dallas trying to get rid of him..not with two WR's coming off injuries from last year and needing a WR with experience incase one goes down.

Crayton is OK for now playing against 2nd and 3rd string defenses..I don't know he can play when the bullets are for real, yet.

Morgan has produced in the past for Cleveland in live games. And for us, briefly.

The other day I read Dallas was trying to trade Copper. I think he's the next cut at WR..not Morgan.

How long do you want to give a guy who is just NOW learning the basics on the proper way to catch the football?

He continues to drop balls on a regular basis and this is EXACTLY what he was doing during his tenure in Cleveland.

As someone else stated, he's using up a roster spot. The only saving grace for QM is that our WR corps isn't the greatest...........and he certainly doens't help in this regard........IMO/FWIW.

I'm sort of shocked that such football savy fans only take a few live glimpses of a guy who's best season averaged 56 yards a freaking game, and tell those who have watched him his entire career that WE are the ones that need to WAIT.

And he would please the coaches, and everyone else, if he'd catch the dang ball! Like that's asking a whole lot of a seasoned professional football player.

You wait, I'll move on.

Again, there is no legitimate speed backup to Glenn this year other than Morgan.

And, with all apologies to LTN, Terry is not known for his durability.

Morgan is bigger and faster than any other WR on the roster. If Glenn goes down we still need someone to stretch the field, and the likes of Copper or Crowder simply don't compare.

Over-react all you want, but we simply need Morgan on the roster, at least for this year until we draft a bona fide speedster next offseason.

I don't like it any better than you all, but facts is facts.

Morgan is bigger and faster then the other WRs on this team. But what good is that if he can't catch anything thrown to him.

Morgan scares nobody. Everyone knows he can't even catch a cold. I would rather dump Morgan and keep Copper who can catch the ball.

We do NOT need Morgan on the roster. We need WRs who can catch the ball when it is thrown to them. Except for Glenn we will not get to many of those nice long balls but when you have WRs that can catch the ball at least we can keep the chains moving for long drives that wear out the other teams D.

No need for Morgan on this team. Let him kill good drives for some other team with the way he drops 19 out of 20 passes thrown to him.

I don't want to see QM get a high pass right through his hands and it lands in a DBs hands to give the other team a win during a close fought game either.

Getting Price for the right price, if he was released, would be a major plus... Price has speed, and lots of it.

But for now... Crayton is my man for #3... dare I say #2 if anything were to happen to our #1 or #2 vet WRs...
