Funny thing is, Quinn had this same secondary, more or less, and they performed WAAAAAAYYYY better. So yes, we for sure are lacking in some positions, the coaching plays a big role imo. I have a feeling if Quinn was coaching this D roster, this D would be like 10 spots better (not the 2000 Ravens though of course). He would blitz, he would play more man, I just think Flus is THAT bad lol. Definitely need to pick a few D players in the draft and free agency though.

I have no idea what you mean by shilling for Flus. I don't know much about him, not nearly enough to like or dislike him. It appears that you are the same, judging by your weak little accusation. Did you mean to lie when you claimed he has the same secondary?

As do I. Some good foundational pieces in place in the trenches. When was the last time we could say DT and IOL were the strengths of the team? Improve on weaknesses at OT and LB and the team is in pretty decent shape. Fortify DE and CB and we're looking at a playoff run. We have the means. Just a matter of how bad JJ wants this team to succeed. I don't know if they inevitably will reach their goals, but I like their chances.

For me, on the night they were eliminated from the playoffs, that guarantees us 30 straight yrs of not even getting to a conference championship game....i just cant drum up any hope. 30 years is a good sample size.

I'm aware. Remember how Dak looked before the injury? He looked washed. The offense sputtered and there were alot of interceptions. You can facepalm all you want. Doesn't change the fact that this team showed some fight. They've put together a nice foundation to build on, and have the necessary assets to build a more complete team in the coming years. You don't have to agree with me, but understand that I'm not approaching this as a blind Homer. I see something that I like, and I'm pointing it out.

I am looking forward to the playoffs this year. Have not watched many football games besides Cowboys this year BUT that is changing this year! I would like to watch some true football teams play with talented players AND good coaches.

First of all, our D was 28th last season under Quinn. It was not good.

Secondly, Lewis was a huge loss. Monstrous. Diggs has been terrible this year trying to come back from injury. The last year Quinn had a decent D he had Gilmore. 2023.

I keep saying I know nothing bout Eber, and you just keep spewing. If YOU want to win maybe you shouldn't be so busy pathetically searching for a scapegoat just so you can feel better about your little self. How about you let others think the way they want and accept it may not be the same way you're thinking.
