This team just isn’t complete yet!

I think it is very difficult in todays salary cap NFL to have a complete team, especially with depth. To be honest I think that is the way the NFL likes it. Anyone can beat anyone, with the exception of the teams that decided to complete rebuild or who have severe injuries.
You don’t need stars across the board, need quality role players at key spots

I disagree about the Raven’s staff, they struggle to close out games and always blow big leads late
I'm talking about how they cover up a lot of injuries and they're still able to win games and the way they've tailored and catered to their talent they literally built an offense to help their quarterback versus what seemingly looks like our coaching staff doesn't care and just calls please using a dart system you know spin a wheel wherever it lands hit it with a dart that's the play call that's the scheme.. In my opinion Dan Quinn is trying to force players into his scheme versus try to make the team better with what the players he has on it

So you're saying Jerry should have done whatever necessary to get Shaq Leonard and Derrick Henry.
I'm with you I echo your sentiments we were let down by the front office again with the we like our guys mentality.
I like our guys too I'm just all about adding more likable guys that produce likeable results
Yes, they should have taken the chance. Things happen throughout a season, when you see a weakness need to address it before it gets too late

On my phone, so cannot give a usual detailed response. MM has done well overcoming injuries compared to Jason Garret, when 1 guy went down they couldn’t compete. I agree about Quinn, it’s up to him to tell management I need players to fill the void, rather than just using his roster on hand.

Quinn is a far better dc then Marinelli was who refused to change what so ever. Perhaps if they still had the Viking dc as our lb coach, this may be different rather then a yes man for mm

We just don’t know how to draft DL. For years we’d wait til the 3rd/4th round to grab one. But that led to a bunch of guys like Tapper, Collins, Gallimore, Gholston, etc.
But the few times we’ve used a 1st or 2nd we’ve come up with Taco, Trysten and Mazi.
Their whole philosophy and evaluating is whacked.
Then get one in free agency. Sounds simple.

and everyone saying that Prescott can't beat zone he can beat zone , the problem isn't regular zone defense

it's when they can get pressure with four and drop everyone else into coverage..then still get pressure still stop the run and how will anyone get open in max coverage. Its not the way to beat Dak its the ay to beat any Offense.. that OL needs help they need to scheme help , more jumbo packages with extra linemen and TEs ,manufacture runs and get that d to back off with far more underneath passes

like wheres all the slants in this O , i can't remember seeing many. Also more screens and wheel routes, make them pay for dropping all those guys back 5-10yards deep or deeper.
WR's also have to be smart enough to read the zone, find and sit in the holes.

I agree 100%. You have to know when to let people walk. Jerry likes his shinny toys and jersey sales. How many quality players could we have signed if we had traded or let Zeke walk instead of that ******* contract Jerry gave him.

Well most of our wide receivers have the worst separation rates the last two seasons and when you have that many guys out in coverage it's gonna be tough finding any hole you have to start forcing passes and then what when one gets tipped up in the air and intercepted or gets flat out intercepted because they're so close together all the routes being ran because they're got so many guys covering up the zone that you end up having a defensive backer linebacker break off his man in his zone and then just drop down into somebody else's zone because he sees where the ball's about to go and then it gets picked up and then we're blaming Prescott that's the problem around here because that's what happened last year a bunch of times we had two or three interceptions where the defensive back that was covering another wide receiver stop because they were so close together running routes and just dropped into the area and picked the ball off Prescott had no idea that that guy was gonna stop and be able to have the time to break off into that zone because he was going man to man...
