For example, I know Switzer technically won a SB here, but if he was there from the start, instead of Jimmy. im not sure we would have seen the same level of success.

The problem here is that not only is there a lack of talent defensively, there's a lack of real respect or fear for the HC.

Aint nobody losing they snaps or jobs because of lack of effort, lack of mental focus, or lack of production.....the owner wont allow it and the players know it.

The Sam Williams experiment is over. He is absolute trash. If he isn't getting a braindead penalty he is losing contain, cant set the edge, he is the real life cant get right from the movie LIFE.

You want to show me you have changed the culture. Cut him, cut Murray, cut Elam, cut anyone who doesnt want to be here, or who doesnt show up on game day.

Show this team you are in charge Bryan. Also fire Eberflus while you are at it.

This team on the defensive side needs an exorcism.

On the offensive side. I dont care about the dead money. Cut Steele. Immediately. Honestly I am at the point where I would cut Guyton too, another project pick in the first round.

Start cutting players and show the ones that stay that there is a new word around the Star. And its accountability.

BS should have never gotten the job, at least prove you have some cojones and do something. Platitudes wont help this team. They need authority.

I think the players are trash and you can put a pile of crap on a plate and put a parsley & potatos next to it, its not going to become filet mignon. we need better players. and I agree, with those players you names. its just trash all over the place. I am not ready to let Eberflus go, given we gave him a ton of garbage to work with and then expect miracles. when players can't carry their assignments, then what are you going to do!?

the biggest flaw is the run defense. they are trash. they can't stop anyone and its where it all starts. it makes pass defense worse by default, because we are committing more to stop the run, always dealing with 2nd and short situations and always making mental mistakes and the defense doesn't know what to do. this is one of the dumbest and least athletic defenses I have ever seen.

I feel bad for DT Clark. He left a good team ( Green Bay ) to enter this circus. You can keep removing coaches and players but the #1 problem is the General Manager. He keep selling more and more pyrite

Unfortunately, it looks like Stephen is Jerry 2.0, without being as funny as his dad, and he gets the team once the old man goes. It will likely be more of the same but less entertaining.

The only way this team is winning anything under the Jones family is if they catch lightning in a bottle and luck into it, because it is not going to be their decision making prowess that will get us there.

and I am sick and tired of switching DCs. if we get rid of Eberflus, it would be the 4th in 4 years. how is that going to work out? whole new staff. whole new scheme. whole new players.

Stephen is worse, by far. Jerry would at least take shots before. Stephen is too fiscally conservative to take a shot on a player and doubles down on being mediocre. Just enough to sell tickets, but never good enough to actually win anything.
