Keep youR skirt on, Ernest.
B means good.
But the first 2-3 series by Dak were horrible.
Then he settled and played very well.
You been awfully uppity since you moved into that double wide, mate.
You do know football games are 4 qrts and QB are judged by the play of the entire game, not 1 or 2 series. Not uppity and do not live in a double wide, at all you claimed he had a B game despite being the highest rated QB in franchise history in a pot season game. If that was a B game his A game is completely off the chart. You love making stupid remarks I love calling you out.

Do you prefer the slow death of rat poison (losing in the 4th quarter) or a mouse trap that snaps your head off in first quarter so the last three quarters you have no chance. Just trying to stay in the spirit of the thread. :)

Here we go again. Cowboy fans talking smack for beating an awful TB team. Cowboys players getting all the praise in the media….

If Dallas wants to go any further, and not get embarrassed again by SF, then they will need to hear the criticism again all this week leading into the game.

Diggs? Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic display for a professional football player to avoid contact in a PLAYOFF game

Maher? Unacceptable in a playoff game. If any of you thought it is water under the bridge then you’re fooling yourself. This will come back to bite Dallas. Probably this week.

Offensive line? Could have protected Dak much better against a team with ZERO pass rushers. SF has those dudes and we will see that come Sunday.

Defense? Won’t get a 52 year old man that throws the ball to no one in the dirt over and over again. They have to tighten up their coverage and get more of a pass rush to affect Purdy. SF is faster and more physical than any team Dallas has seen all season long

Don’t take the bait cowboys. This is rat poison and we are all gonna hear it ALL WEEK LONG
This is somewhat hyperbolic. BUT...I do believe that there is FAR too much giddiness over beating a Tom Brady that looked old, slow and confused Sunday night. The media, content creators and fans have simply overreacted. Forget about the blue jersey, Brady and road playoff "curses". The crackheads like Stephen A, Orlovsky and "respect" for Prescott. None of that crap means anything and most of these players wouldn't even know of it if not for THE MEDIA bringing it up ad nauseum and questioning the players about it. Mike Fisher, though I like him, has helped pushed this nonsense, calling the Bucs win "gigantic". If any of the players believe that claptrap then they are in deep, deep trouble Sunday night.

This is the problem in Dallas and has been for a long time imo. I sometimes wish the Dallas media were more like the New York media. I remember that 2007 Giants team just getting hammered in the press...Coughlin, the players, all of them. They used that to go on one of the most improbable runs in league history...beating one of the best teams ever assembled in the Super Bowl.

I fear they won’t see it that way. They’ll only hear about how great they are all week.

Hence… rat poison
Listening to the media the past 2 days and this is definitely not the case. I haven't heard 1 person picking Dallas to win this game.

We just won in the first round, on the road, and you want to be negative about it?

While the OP believes that the media is giving the Cowboys a lot of praise, I'm just not seeing it. If anything they're still giving the 49ers all of the praise and are picking them to win. Just a couple examples of how they are praising the Niners over the Cowboys this week,

I’m a bit confused here. Since when does the media and fans feeling and opinions have anything to do with one team beating another? Or one player beating the player in front of him

there seems to be an irrational and solely emotional based hurt by some here if someone either gets to hyped about a win or someone points out that the next team we face may actually be better and God forbid beat us

99.9% of us here want the Cowboys to beat the Niners but some, insist it will happen, some think we have a 50-50 chance and some think the Cowboys will lose based on knowledge of the game and actually watching both teams all season……….maybe it’s a social media thing but I wouldn’t know because I stay off that stuff.

is to insist that a team will win every game a form of virtue signaling by which someone gets to appear better than those who are critical? I don’t know but it appears to be something quite irrational.
Honestly, being a fan and having these forums where things are hashed and rehashed to insanity is .. irrational.

While I agree with some of your post, and I must say very little of your post I do agree with. The sentiment about the better team winning is true. I have to wonder if Dallas were to win three games in a row from here on out, would posts be stating it is only one Super Bowl in a row and we need to see them do it again next year to validate it wasn't a fluke.

Or if Dak won the MVP, the posts about this being a weakened league and if they had to play against stronger opponents of yesteryear, he never would have been considered the best in the big game.

Dallas is in rarified air at the moment. Maybe we all need to take a day or two and appreciate what they have accomplished so far.
And the truth is, even if they did go all the way and win a Lombardi, about an hour or less after the game the let down arrives and you realize you spent the entire season complaining about the team and not enjoying the ride. And it all starts over again from scratch.

There is no winning for some of you.
Regarding the Super Bowl: I believe it was Calvin Hill (google him, youngsters), who said, “If this is the ultimate game, how come they’re gonna play it again next year?”

That 52 yr old dude is still one of the best in the league and a whole lot better than Purdy
