This will be interesting. It is a fit, since D.C. is not far from Cowher's home in North Carolina.

The control factor will be key as Cowher wants to bring people with him that he is familiar with from Pittsburgh, especially in the front office (Omar Khan for example as a Director of Operations). Makes me wonder where Allen fits into all of this.

The real question is who would join him on the staff and would they be willing to put forth the effort to turn the franchise around?

Its not just about the HC, but what resources can he bring with him.
